Lock It Up in North Ogden has been a great experience for me while I was a customer. I moved my stuff out and closed the account today. Great facility and great management! The manager, David, has been especially great to work with. I've had a couple different months, while I've been a customer there, that I've had complications financially and he has been very kind and understanding, and he has worked with me. Thank you David! And their entire staff have been great!

The customer service through the phone is amazing, however there was water in the back of the storage unit, the alarms constantly went off as we were unloading, and the location isn't what you first asked for online. It was way too far away.

Do not go here unless you want your items moldy wet and ruined :(
Some of my most precious and important items were ruined due to the negligence of " lock It up self storage "
To include damaged printed pictures of my deceased family that i can never reprint or copy
&including ruining my entire expensive large bed with mold - + I had apocalypse storage beans and items that also go wet and sat months molding in boxes while I trusted this storage unit and their fake professionalism. Pretty sure they jus in it for the money:( not to actually keep people's items safe or maintain a good reputation.
So ,
I will be telling everyone I know
& whom ever owns this storage pls consider inspecting or redoing your units to ensure each are weather proof, so that yalls could not ruin people's most important family items.
Can't believe I still had to pay for my storage unti even tho a good portion of my items were damaged or forever ruined :(

Lock It Up Storage was an excellent choice for me to store my 24 foot boat over the winter. It is very secure, easy access in and out, and I can't say enough about David and the staff. The rental process was simple quick and easy, and everybody there is so friendly.
Highly recommend!!!

This storage unit was perfect and convenient. I liked that it was climate controlled and easy access to my things. It was affordable. David was super helpful and took the time to help me decide what size unit was the best for me. I utilized this unit for a year. Awesome location and courteous staff!
