My nearly three-year experience working for this Ogden business was profoundly challenging. From my start in August 2022, I consistently strived to represent the company well, often observing practices that, in my opinion, prioritized profit over safety and employee well-being. I recall a specific safety concern early on that could have had severe consequences, which prompted me to begin documenting my experiences. Throughout my employment, raising safety concerns with the owners often resulted in hostile responses and being yelled at. As employees, we were frequently expected to prioritize the company's demands over our own needs, working long and unpredictable hours. Instances where I couldn't immediately respond to calls outside of work hours led to reprimands, despite the lack of a consistent schedule. The owner was adept at fostering a sense of personal connection, which, in my experience, often masked a more transactional view of employees. Even after repeated instances of being shorted on my pay, my loyalty and comfort level kept me there for a significant period. In September of last year following an unsettling incident, I briefly left the company. However, due to thier staffing shortages, I returned based on negotiated terms for time off and pay. From October to March, I dedicated myself to my role once again. During this time, a personal conflict with the dispatcher led to a disciplinary write-up, that and my pay shorted again without notice, seemingly due to a reversal of our agreed-upon compensation. This ultimately led to my termination. Since leaving, I have become aware of what I perceive as efforts to damage my professional reputation, which feels like a significant betrayal after my years of dedicated service. Based on my direct experiences and observations of the company's operations and interactions with both employees and customers (including those whose vehicles were towed), it is my opinion that decisions are often driven by self-interest and profit. The reversal of my unemployment benefits further compounded my negative experience and show the length they will go. Them still attacking my reputation and remembering they still have hundreds in my tools and equipment is what motivated me to share my experience publicly. In hopes that my account might help others avoid similar difficulties. My advice to anyone considering engaging with this business is to carefully consider all available feedback, particularly those detailing negative experiences. While individual employees may, like myself, attempt to provide professional service, the overall operational culture and priorities I witnessed raise serious concerns and shouldn't be dismissed.

I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Love Towing recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The people who work here are worse than scum. They are nothing but money-grabbing low lives with low IQs who have zero regard for customer service or decency. I can't believe there are still types of people like this in this day and age. When I called them, they gave me a one-word answer and then hung up on me. They told me it would cost $600 just to get my car back. The next day, they claimed they were closed, which was a blatant lie. They then told me if I wanted to grab my car immediately, it would cost $100 more, but if I waited until tomorrow, it would only add $80. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that their only interest was squeezing every last penny out of me. They were rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty. Their so-called "service" was slow, inefficient, and overpriced beyond belief. To anyone considering using Love Towing, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. These people are the lowest of the low, and they do not deserve your business. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually cares about its customers.

Had a great experience with Loves. Michael answered our call after 11pm, I heard from our driver, Jesse shortly after. He quoted me under an hour and at a great rate. He was quick, helpful, friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.

I can never get a hold of them to get cars towed. I live in an apartment complex where people illegally parked and I was told by my apartment manager to call this company. well, don't because he will not answer. the worst tow company I have ever dealt with.

Rick was so helpful! He was so quick to get our vehicle home, and listened to exactly where I wanted it dropped and made sure it was perfect for me. I appreciate how thoughtful, quick and professional he was. 10/10 recommend ?

I know most tow yards don’t care because they mostly get bad reviews from angry people, but I had the worst experience imagine having your car towed from the front of your house in private property in the middle of the night you have no idea then wake up think your car got stolen . These people came into a private gated community, towed my car in the middle the night for parking in front of my house on the street LEGALLY according to our community we allow on street parking any time unless it is snowing. It was not snowing and my car was towed on private property with no call. I contacted my HOA management. They said the tow yard had no right to do this. If there was any issue hoa would issue citations before they would ever call a tow yard, They contacted the tow yard and had conversation with them about my incident. The tow yard stated they mistakenly went in our place over another neighborhood that was similar. Then took my car mistakenly. They said they complied to getting my $387 back but still the inconvenience of all of this the amount of time and stress I can never get back especially when I didn’t do anything wrong? I also have to wait two weeks to get my money back through my bank I think their drivers need to pay attention more to details with calls not just take anybody’s car for no reason, especially on private property , that could be legal trouble for them .

Disappointing Experience with loves towingI recently had a rather disappointing experience with loves towing, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to alert potential customers. My encounter with this company left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and efficiency. From the outset, it was evident that the staff at loves towing lacked the diligence and commitment expected in a business setting. Communication was a major issue, with responses to inquiries taking an unreasonably long time. It seemed as though there was a lack of urgency or interest in addressing customer concerns promptly.Furthermore, the overall work ethic of the employees appeared lackluster. It was disheartening to witness a seemingly indifferent attitude towards their responsibilities. Deadlines were consistently missed, and the quality of the deliverables was subpar. In addition to the lack of professionalism, there was a notable absence of attention to detail. Mistakes in orders were common, and rectifying these errors proved to be a cumbersome process. It felt as though the company was cutting corners and neglecting the importance of providing a reliable and accurate service.Overall, my experience with loves towing was far from satisfactory. The lazy and unprofessional approach to business left me questioning the integrity of their operations. I hope that sharing this feedback will encourage the company to reflect on its practices and make the necessary improvements for the benefit of future customers

This place is a joke. We've been trying to have someone towed out of our spot since 12am. It is now 3am and we're illegally parked by a dumpster in a fure lane becuase love towing absolutely will not answer their phone. When they do answer, a guy named Michael answers and says we have the wrong number, and quickly hangs up. Which we KNOW is a lie becuase we've had many people towed from our spot using this company and phone number. And the voicemail literally says "you've reached loves towing"..... this company is trash and they lie when they don't feel like working.

Almost had to call a tow truck when Love Towing truck turned left in front of me. You would think the driver with a company vehicle would drive a little more safely.

0 STARS!!! unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright rude. It's crazy that after so many bad reviews they refuse to change how they do business with people. Very hostile environment where they WILL take advantage of you. The front desk lady has the biggest ego I have ever seen in my life, not even minutes into walking in she was yelling and giving uncalled for attitude. Best of luck to whoever has to deal with them in the future. can't see a business like this staying open for long but of course they'll continue to take advantage of people's misfortune til the day that happens. wish there was a 0 stars option.
