Lowes selection was great and staff that did assist was very helpful. My main concern and reason for low rating called to ask about a delivery and to see about making a note to have appliance delivered after a certain time due to work schedule. The staff was acting like it was putting him out. Then the kicker was he informed me that he has to take a call. Was like so this call more important than my call !!! Wow! Unbelievable

Purchased (6) railroad ties; they are in stock at this location. Asked for assistance 2x to get them loaded on our trailer. No one showed, so my 60 yr old husband and I (65) ended up doing it ourselves. And this is why we usually shop at THD. And if you had a less than a one star rating, I would have given it.

I purchased a Craftsman battery powered lawnmover from Lowe’s. Right out of the box (1) of the (2) 20v 5 amp-hour batteries would not recharge. I worked with a store associate named Travis on trying to replace the battery. He did his best to change out the battery but store policy would not allow him to do so. I had always thought Craftsman to be a good brand that backed up their products. I was offered a phone number where I would have to do all of the work to get a replacement battery, I don’t have time for this and left the defective battery with them as a momento of the terrible experience at Lowe’s. In closing, either Craftsman no longer stands behind their products and/or Lowe’s doesn’t truly support their customers, ether way, I will have to spend another $100 to replace a battery that was bad from the get go. Very disappointed with Lowe’s and Craftsman. Tim.

Got some wood and spray paint it was a nice place smelled like a hardware store and the employees were really nice and chill

Close by. Inventory has always left me wanting, even before covid hit. Plumbing isle always has everything but what I need. Rarely anyone willing to help or give advice. Cashiers know more about inventory than people who run the different areas.

Millworks here is not professional or dedicated to it's customers. Kai and Trish worked with me to get the door I ordered after the warehouse delivered the wrong one. SIX WEEKS later, I am still waiting to be installed. Kai told me a week ago, he'd call me back with an update... still waiting. They told me I'd be moved up for installation from the 17th of May. The communication has been lacking. Justin was great. The rest of the team... they don't follow through.
