My niece who has disabilities came here and asked to use the restroom they asked her if she was going to buy anything and she said no she didn't want to use the homeless shelter bathroom because she was uncomfortable and they turned her away . She doesn't look homeless she's special needs and you guys responded to her with well we don't help the homeless and made her leave. I get you don't like people to use the restrooms unless they buy something but she's special needs and it's obvious

FOUND MY GO-TO FLORAL SHOP! I work in events and needed a big, funky bouquet same day. Not only did they deliver exactly on time, they worked with my budget and were so pleasant to work with! I only wish I could give more stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice selection. We visited after the Farmers Market. They were so kind to give out free flowers at the Farmer's Market, just to make someone's day! So thoughtful!

Came into the store today looking for a specific flower type. But they weren’t available at the time of my visit, but the staff was very knowledgeable about the different types of flowers. So they were able to suggest a different variety of flower that was just as beautiful as the type I was looking for.

I came in with an urgent need for funeral flowers. The staff were very helpful, patient, and helped me stick close to budget. There was not time to order anything specific, but the arrangements they put together with what they had on hand were beautiful and just right. I would recommend them and I would come back again.

I decided to give Lund Floral a try because of the great reviews. But I ended up being very disappointed. When the flowers arrived for my wife on our anniversary, they didn't look anything like what I ordered. The bouquet was called Brights-Standard-Similar Keepsake, but there was nothing bright about it. I emailed Lund Floral a few days ago expressing my concern but have yet to hear back. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.

This really is my favorite flower spot in the state. I've never, not once gotten a bad spread from them. I've spent quite a bit of cash here over the years & can't say I regret it one bit. Kind workers, cool little trinkets, great flowers keep up the solid efforts Lund.
