Extraordinary effort getting this circa-1940s metal box spring out of my grandpa's basement. Dillon and Midnight were the white glove installers, but also served as the demolition squad. Talk about going the extra mile! The house was remodeled after the bed was in the space and this was the only way to get it out. The MW team had a modular box spring that would fit in the space to replace this antique. They used hack saws to split this thing! Big surprise when they arrived, but they did the job at no extra charge. Congratulations to a company that still hires help with a real work ethic and customer first attitude!

John Rich, let me tell you what about those old school guys! He did a great job in helping us select just the right mattress. 13 plus years in the business he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and the best part NO pressure at all. The store offered a great selection at really good prices. We recommend purchasing mattresses from Mattress Warehouse.

We had a great experience here. John was very helpful and friendly he matched pricing from competitors which was very helpful when making a decision. I took a star off because we were not able to get the pillows we had expected and did not find out until after our purchase was complete.

We had done some research online, & almost just purchased online. We decided to go in to the Mattress Warehouse to check out what we’d decided on. John Rich helped us. He did not discourage us on our intended purchase, but used his knowledge of mattresses to point out the good qualities that product had. While we were there we decided to look at other options that had some of those same qualities. John was upfront on cost differences & pros & cons. We ended up going with a different bed than originally planned, but one we feel confident will be a much better option for us. We’ll be spending 1/3 of our lives in our bed, & we are grateful for John Rich’s help in finding something that will give us the most benefit for the cost.

We had a delightful experience working with both Craig and John at Mattress Warehouse in Riverdale. We tried several types/brands of mattresses; coming in several different times throughout the week to make sure we were happy with our decision. They were patient and friendly every time. We highly recommend this establishment, it's worth it.
