Absolutely, worst customer service I have ever experienced at a maverik I have ever had. And I’ve had some bad experiences. The young lady was very rude. She was blonde and a bit heavier set! No greeting, a dirty look, and complained to give change back! Should train to provide a good experience, not to provide a put out to wait on someone!

Maverick is the gold standard for gas station. Service is always great quality products. Every time can go wrong then I will definitely always point out is how clean their bathrooms are always cold. Well done.

Will not fix their soda machine. Blames it on quantity of drinks sold but ive seen busier Mavericks have no issues. Employees don't care when you tell them. Go somewhere else for fountain drinks.

Worst costumer service ive ever had! Threw away a dirty cup that had crap all over the rim and spots inside the cup and the supposed manager says dont throw away empty cups it cost us money homie. I told him is wasn't clean and im sure no one else wants a dirty cup. And I wouldn't pay for a dirty cup. Ended up telling me to leave the store cause his crappy attitude and got his feelings hurt that he was in the wrong. Had three other cups it was buying i had to leave and waste more cups. Wasn't that the whole issue was wasting cups so he waste more? Either way shouldn't have employees treating paying customers that way.

Card readers never work at the register or at the pump. Lazy employees. Always a mess of a store. Cashiers are short and could care less about helping you make a purchase they want to go back to their cigarette and smoke break in front of the store.

One hot summer I was dying for water and they refused to let me get a cup of water without Pay I asked someone for .50 cents for water and they proceed to scold me on that 😒 later... I was embarrassed and ashamed for being thirsty..

Overall, Mavrick is my first stop and gas station of choice.. I spent thousands of dollars in gas and purchasing products inside the store at Mavrick every year. My company spends over $1 million in gas alone with our Fleet cards.
They said I can’t charge my phone? Is this a company policy or is it just this guy doesn’t want me hanging out at Mavrick? I would really like to know.

I've had this issue at this location and the 12th Wall location, but their pumps don't read cards. It's really frustrating having to carry a toddler all the way across the busy parking lot and then have the cashier ignore me when I try to make them aware of the issue. My card works fine at every other location and the people are way nicer elsewhere.

One of the employees there called the cops and got me a trespassing thing because I asked if I could charge my phone for 5 minutes just to call my lady that I had a flat tire with my e-bike at 3am. I had 4 miles left to walk home, and was hoping I could take get a ride with this other lady who pulled up in the truck. I said I'll give her $40 and she agreed, but the lady who worked there said something about me to her and ended up calling the cops. I highly don't recommend this place.

Charging 2.50 for 5 minutes of air when you only fill 10 psi PER FIVE MINUTES is literally criminal. I have tried this at several locations and each one is the same. Airway robbery.
