Fantastic customer service.Clean, neat, and historic.Family owned, local, fresh meats!You can tell this dude is at the point in his career, it’s more of an art of meat works than a butcher shop.

Jason the owner is Awesome, they did a great Job with my Elk and Everything is Great. Couldn’t get off work in time to get it so Jason stayed after hours to give me time to pick it up. Unlike other places I feel I got back all of my Meat. Very happy and will be back.
