We are building custom home, our plumber uses this supply house. We were quoted, by Shawnee, a price to upgrade our tubs. After we received the invoice from our plumber we questioned the additional $600 for the tubs. He pointed us back to the supply house for the cost difference. Mountainland is unwilling to keep their commitment to the original price they quoted us. If there was a misunderstanding no doubt we could have found some middle ground but that wasn’t even an option for them. We’ll be stuck with the additional cost. If your builder or plumber directs you there be cautious.
