Never again š
Iāve had bad experiences with the older woman here before, but I was desperate for a quick pedicure so I gave her another chance. Letās just say that was a huge mistake⦠During my gel pedicure, she cut a deep chunk of skin/nail out of my toe. No apology, no acknowledgment. It kept bleeding throughout the pedicure and she kept applying an oil to it, never acknowledging what had happened. She also filed so aggressively that she took the top layer of skin off multiple toes.
As soon as I walked out and saw how bad the injury was, I was so disappointed in myself that I didnāt just walk out without paying. I cant believe I paid $45 for this terrible and painful experience.

I keep giving this place a chance, but I am done. So rude and unprofessional. I walked in for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill nails and walked out with scars, literally. I now have 3 bandaids from the harsh filing. Poor poor poor.

First, Iād like to say that if I could rate this place -5 stars, it would absolutely warrant it. Went in for a pedicure with my friend on Saturday. First and foremost, when I called to make the appointment, the man on the phone was rude. I should have taken that as my first clue to not go here. We kept the appointment and showed up on time. Immediately when we walked in the door we were asked āWhat do you want?ā. I understand this may be a cultural/language barrier issue, so I was willing to look past it. When I asked if they offered gel, I was quite honestly ignored and another customer had to show me where the colors were. Horribly unprofessional. When we were in the chairs, the technicians that were performing our pedicures demonstrated grossly negligent behavior. Between multiple clients, I never once witnessed the instruments being cleaned or anything being sanitized. I genuinely wanted to leave and refuse service, however, I was with my friend and it was a birthday present. I would not be surprised if I develop an infection in my toes given the dirty equipment and the rough nature of how they treated my feet and nails. The man who was doing my friendās nails kept slapping her leg rather than telling her to move it a certain way. Iām glad for his sake that he did not do that to me. When we were finished, I got up to pay and realized no one had shown me a price guide or allowed me to pick a tier of service, like is normal at every other salon Iāve ever been to. It ended up being $45 per person plus tip for a SUPER basic pedicure. Honestly, could have done better at home. I will literally never go to this place ever again and I hope they get shut down by the health department. They are negligent and hazardous.

Rip off. They don't tell you price until the end. I dont think me and my daughters mani and pedis should have been $200. They did good but i feel ripped off leaving there. I will never go back even though they are close to where I live. Also there is a communication disconnect. I.dont even know how to ask for partial refund.

Please do not come here. I donāt even know where to start. I can put aside the smell of cat liter, and the fact that at the end of the service the lady took my card without telling me the total or even saying a word to me. Or the fact that the pedicure hurt when the lady was filing down my nails. But I cannot express how terrifying it is that I did not once see tools sterilized or even so much as wiped down in between āclients.ā This is from one person, to me and to another poor lady who had just began service as I was leaving. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Walk-ins not welcome. They tell you they don't have any available appointments, and don't say when they will have time. This has happened 3 times in a row, I won't be trying them again.

Jenny got me right in for a pedicure today. She was super sweet, and gave me exactly what I asked for, without trying to hard sell products or services.
I will DEFINITELY be back for services!!

the guy is not very good with pedicures. He was hard, and didn't do the things, I asked. I had to go to another place, to get my tors right, again.

Appointment was necessary and made a couple days ahead. Clean station was important to me and it was. Technician was gentle and efficient. She patient with my request. Leg massage was perfect but would have liked hot towel longerš

Have been coming here for 2 years. Not the most relaxing nail salon/ spa experience as they always seem to rush people through but my nails always turn out cute.

About 15 minutes before they were supposed to close we were screamed at by an old man saying we cannot park in front of their store and needed to find a different spot. Keep in mind the parking lot was decently full and this was one of the only spots. For sure turned us off from ever going there.

Do NOT go here! They are so rude and abusive. I called and made an appt for me and my daughters and when we got there they were taking walk inās and we waited over an hour. When we finally got in a chair the workers were so rude to my daughters even yelling at them. Their work was not the best and seemed put out to even have to do their job!

The customer service is horrible. There are more pleasant nail salons heading south. This place is only worth going to if youāre in a hurry. I have never been treated so poorly. I watched several customers, including a child, be treated rudely.

Nobody said anything past "yes" when I asked if they had time for a pedicure, or "no" when I involuntarily moved a muscle. The guy doing my pedicure had my legs at an angle that was upsetting sciatica pain in my back and hips and just kept huffing. The girl filing and making my cuticles bleed barely spoke to make conversation about my upcoming wedding after she felt bad that the guy barked at me for the last time. He didn't even file the calluses (I go barefoot almost always so yeah girl feet get callused, too), which was the whole reason I even went. When I asked they said they couldn't use the blade anymore, which is fune but he barely touched my foot with a pumice tool that obviously gets used on other people. The color on my toes is cute, but I could have done that (and the rest) at home. I left feeling overstimulated, almost in tears, and like I was doing something wrong by asking for what I wanted. They were busy so maybe it's just me, but I was hoping for a much better experience from a "spa" treatment.
