Such a poor, poor experience. We went in and waited an hour to simply get a regular pedicure when we were told it was only going to be 15 minutes. The staff were so rude, and aggressive. There was no sense of customer service. You could tell walking in that the staff was all in a bad mood, and it progressively got worse. This was supposed to be a treat, now I just feel sad. The polish job also looks like a three year old painted my toes. I will never be returning to this salon.

I highly recommend this salon!!! The staff are very friendly and mine and my daughters nails always look AMAZING!! Their prices vary according to what you ask for but they are always fair!

This place is the literal worst . I got my nails done here a month ago and the lady that's younger did my nails and just whipped through it made my nail bed bleed and did a horrible job at shaping my nails and was constantly on her phone . After my nails were done I ended up going back the following day because I wanted them fixed and the guy that was there said he would fix it for free and she yelled at him for doing it for free and then yelled at me saying no more free fix . This place is horrible charged me 70.00 for a full set and then did a horrible job and refused to fix them .
I did find an alternative. L.j nails next to the chevron on Washington is absolutely amazing and 48.00 for a full set

I was told to choose my color I chose my color they tried to convince me that the color that they brought me was the color that I chose. It was not. My nails are chunky and uneven and not properly shaped. They saw that I was unsatisfied and still charge me $50.

They did not shape my nails properly they're chunky looking and uneven worst experience now I'm going somewhere else to have them removed

I went in to get my nails done, and she got me in and out in 25 minutes. THAT IS NOT NORMAL, NOR GOOD! she drilled in so deep into my natural nail beds, causing ring of fires on ALL OF THEM. you can see the damage, and once my acrylics were removed my nails HURT. would never go back, paid 40$ for uneven thin badly done nails.. didnt even get them painted.

I've been coming here for a few years, definitely the best nail salon in our area, I've tried several and have either had them cut me, be really rough, completely give me something I didn't ask for etc etc. I've been so happy with this salon, I've used several of their techs over the years, Sam has been working with me for about a year now, I love him and the service he provides. Thank you guys for always being the best!!!!

I travel for work. I had a sudden change in my contract and had to fly out the next morning. I called several salons and no one had any openings. I called Nails and Pedi and they had me come right in. Not only did they make time for a last minute manicure, she also did a beautiful job. The staff was very energetic and made me feel like I was home. Their prices are very reasonable for the outstanding work. If I ever make it back this way, I’ll know where to go!Service: Gel manicures
