I love Napa! They always go out of there way to help me find exactly what I need. They give me options and are very knowledgeable. They don't pressure me into making any decisions and tell me all the pros and cons with each choice. They have helped me in the snow storms Twice to install my wiper blades and handle all the garbage and old blades without even asking. I absolutely love Napa! My go-to for auto parts!

Searched 3 parts stores before going to Napa for tie rod ends and low and behold they had them. The employee who helped us went above and beyond with helping us search for it.

So why go to Napa instead of other parts stores? Today I was reminded why.2001 Ram 3500 dually diesel, intermittent alternator. With the web filled with information on low current alternators from Ram 1500's able to be externally regulated for pennies, I went to Napa for advice. It turned out that the higher current alternators, 136A vs. 70A on diesels vs. gas are internally as well as externally regulated by the ECU. Both alternators for my year of diesel were in stock, yet neither matched my alternator physically. Major differences. So the parts expert dove in further, finding a cross reference to another model that was not standard after 2000. He pulled it from stock and it matched. Perfectly. So my 2001 truck was probably built at the beginning of the model year with a 2000 spec alternator. I bought it since the original lasted 21 years. It will outlive me.This kind of service and knowledge is rare in parts stores, yet common at Napa.
