I've had good experiences with ordering a Sleep Safe bed, adjustments to wheelchair and getting a wheelchair through Shriners with NSM. We were also successful, when many aren't, in getting a Cubby Bed. I recommend asking directly for Phil or Rocco. Otherwise things stall or don't happen. I have mixed feelings.

The service man was very helpful and gave us a temporary fix until he could get the part he needed ordered. Would use their service again
