NOAH is by far the best experience I've ever had when needing any kind of treatment gor my various pets. Highly recommended them.

These are good people. We unfortunately had to put our dog down. They were very respectful and gave us all the time we needed. We will definitely come back for our other dogs needs.

They were very professional and really good with my Pablo. He was really comfortable with them. And they answered all my questions and took there the time explaining what I needed to know.

Used to like them but then had a horrible experience today. We called to get our son’s cat spayed. They told us on the phone it would be $175 so we scheduled the surgery. Went in this morning to drop her off and now the cost is over $375?!?!I understand a little change in price but come on that’s a bit ridiculous. We called multiple places getting prices and chose NOAH. They ended up being the most expensive. Then the tech said “that’s why we want a pre op appointment because the people upfront don’t understand pricing” ok so you literally just told me how much it is so go tell them. Then they would know how to give more accurate quotes!!They will not be getting our business anytime soon.

We've taken our vets to North Ogden animal hospital for the past 8 years and we absolutely 100% recommend this vet clinic! We especially trust Dr Decker and Dr Palmer with treating our animals. They are both very compassionate and highly knowledgeable doctors. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful care they provide the community!!

Dr Palmer is amazing, she cares as much about my Dog as I do. Cletus even enjoys being there even after his surgery and recovery wasn't easy. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Finding these wonderful people have been a blessing.

Dr decker and Kate were so friendly and helpful. We got some unfortunate news with our ferret but they were very sympathetic. Very knowledgeable and very good at explain things! Even gave our sweet girl a bath and cleaned out her kennel because she pottied in it. Will definitely come back! What a great office.

Dr Decker is a wonderful person. She’s kind, shows empathy, and concern for her patients and their owners. This makes it easy to trust her with our four legged family members without suspicion of any underlying incompetence from her or her staff. In my case, that trust was misplaced.I had been bringing my Greyhound, Gambit, to NOAH for several years. Last year, he needed to be anesthetized for a procedure. I was instructed to remove his bandage from the IV site at home. When I unwrapped the bandage, I discovered a large laceration. The tech who removed the IV used regular scissors to cut the tape on the IV instead of the appropriate safety sheers and sliced his leg open. Nothing was done. They just wrapped a new bandage on his leg and sent him home. I had to take him back the next morning for stitches. Dr Decker was gracious and apologetic. This made me feel like it was a one off mistake and I could still trust NOAH with Gambit’s healthcare needs.Fast forward to this July. Gambit needed a dental cleaning which again required general anesthesia. This time when I picked him up, he was lame in his left hind leg. The tech didn’t mention anything about it, or even seem to notice. The next day he could barely stand up. I contacted NOAH and sent them a video of him trying to stand and walk. I was told he probably had a sore back and would be fine in a day or two. He wasn’t fine in a day or two. I took Gambit back to see Dr Decker and she insisted nothing unusual happened during the procedure and she was sure her staff handled Gambit correctly. After more than two weeks of pain medication and bed rest, he started to show improvement. His limp improved and he was more mobile again. Then he rapidly declined over 24 hours. This last week he woke up unable to move either hind leg. I sought help from another veterinarian and was told it was too late to help him. I contacted a hospice service and had him euthanized at home, while he laid in my lap, confused and afraid.NOAH is responsible for an injury that ultimately cut my best friend’s life short. They took no accountability for the harm they caused while Gambit was under their care, nor did they offer free or discounted treatment or medication to correct whatever they did to injure him during that cleaning. He walked into that clinic well, and left unwell. If you want above bar bedside manner, NOAH is a great option. If you want competence and good outcomes, seek help for your animals elsewhere.

This has been our veterinarians office for 20 years. The entire staff is top shelf. Always very welcoming, kind, patient, and respectful of your time, money, and relationship with your pets. They understand that our pets are valued family members, and they treat them as such. If and when you have to make the difficult decision to put your loved one to sleep, they're there for you every step of the way. Dr. Stoker is our primary veterinarian, but we have been seen by every doctor in the office, and each one is amazing. I can't imagine trusting our family members' health to any other office.

NO BIRDS: Dr. Decker was a kind and compassionate person that tried to help when I was unable to get an emergency appointment for my bird elsewhere. Much appreciated there, however, my bird would have been better off waiting to see an avian vet. This clinic is not equipped to treat or diagnose birds. She gave my cockatiel 15mL dose of subcutaneous fluids (found out from another vet that the normal dose for cockatiels is 3mL twice a day). My bird essentially drown and died in my hands the next morning. He was very sick and may have died later from other causes. I’m sure this vet is great with dogs and cats. Don’t take your bird there.
