I went into the office max in ogden utah to get 3 pages of a document printed. Fir some reason the attachment would not go through an email. So I wasted my time and gas when the associate couldn't help me figure out how to get the document to their email. I thought they knew how to work with files in devices.

Ended up purchasing $150 worth of poster boards to be printed. Last week general manager of the store helped me in the print section to print posters. She had a new hire she was trying to help while helping us. Ended up printing our 24x36 poster on regular poster not foam board which is what we wanted. When I picked it up a guy helped me out and mounted on foam board for free. I offered to pay for it he said no worries. I really appreciated that. However the glue was not very well and it started peeling off the foam board. I needed this poster for my wedding. So I reprinted it with office max. I didn’t complain about the 24x36 being wrong or anything. I paid like a normal customer for a new poster . Today my mom picks up the poster and you can see the print marks from the rollers on the printer. She told the general manager about it. Especially since we have paid 50$ for this poster. General manager responds with “we have already printed this 4 or 5 time, obviously nothings going to make you happy” “we can take the poster back and refund you” my mom said no we need the poster we don’t want a refund we just wanted to address the quality. We also never asked for the poster to be reprinted. We placed an order for the new one. But apparently it didn’t come out good and so they reprinted it behind the scenes since the quality wasn’t good enough to give to us. We didn’t know this, we didn’t ask for a refund. We paid for every item we got. I called the store to address the attitude and how we have been treated. The manager of the print department was arguing with me about how much this had to be reprinted. I explained I am sorry but I didn’t ask for it to be. I paid for a new one when I wasn’t happy with the other one because he had already mounted the wrong one for free and tried his best. He was completely unprofessional. Told me to call corporate and hung up on me.
150$ to be treated horrible by managers of this store. Won’t ever print here again. Do better :(

The employees here are always helpful. This location is over looked due to being so far off street but that’s a good thing too. Fair prices & excellent service.

I attempted to used the self-service to print documents, however due to size they were required to be sent via google drive. I was unable to access the drive, so the associate assisted me in finding another option. Though it was time consuming and did require them to print it for me, he only charged me as if I used the self-service. Print quality was amazing.

Why are big box stores in decline? Because no one wants to give their phone number or donate to a random charity. I would prefer to have no questions asked and to simply check out with my item.

I was greeted with genuine smiles by all the associates but the best part of my experience was with Kylie. She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed while I was working on a very sentimental project. She took time and care while she helped with little details on the parts I couldn't do on my own. She checked in often, made sure I had supplies, showed me how to use the products, and replaced items as needed. She did all this as she helped other customers with ease. She made an emotionally difficult project a lot easier for me and I appreciate her kind assistance so much. Great Service! Thank you!

I came in for a couple of permanent markers, Max greeted me at the door and showed me right where they were. He was super helpful and friendly.

I bought a pen a couple days ago and after using it a few times for two days, I stepped out of my office and the ink cartridge slid down and would not retract. I went to this Office Depot to talk to them and they gave no help at all. I asked if they knew how to fix it or if I could return it but it is not one they have in stock; I got it at the Layton Store. They offered no refund so now I have to go to Layton to get it. Thanks for nothing.
