Just returned from the Ogden Bicycle Collective, where they helped me out with an art project by giving me a wheel that was on its way to recycling. Great establishment and friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Accidentally I left a very nice frame pump on my bike when they worked on it. When the bike is returned it was missing. Next thing I know I am stuck on a mountain with no pump. Very disappointing,Other than this experience they are pleasant and nice peopleEdit: I did stop in and look for it before writing this review. It was a nice bike bros pump. Other than that I have pumps at home. But it’s also my fault for leaving it on there.

Just needed a new back tire and goop for the road. Dropped off the bike, did some business, done ✅ perfect timing. I'll be back. Thanks so much.

The Ogden Bike Collective is an incredible establishment and organization, set up as a non-profit that serves the wellbeing of the community by offering old/used bikes a new home for very affordable prices (it is mostly run by volunteers that fix, restore or build back up old or run down bikes).Bikes are sourced to individuals in need via halfway houses, and other community restorative programs, it's incredible to see what happens when a few individuals come together to serve the betterment of the community and its members.Bikes are donated by members in the community, so if you have anything in your garage or know of someone that is needing to give a bike anyway to someone in need, this is a place that I can easily recommend.

Kevin is so great. He helped me put a hand brake on my sons bike a few years ago and charged next to nothing. Now 2 years later i go in to get help on my daughters rear hub and kevin is still there and helped me again! Everyone ive met there are friendly and so gracious.

Went here on a recommendation from the fellow at Swift fix to get a reliable bike for my 11 year old daughter that would be more reliable vs the big box stores. Was able to find her a good deal on a solid used Trek. She is happy.

I am very impressed with their staff and took the time to discuss what went wrong with my son's bike. Upon looking around for bikes, they offered so many suggestions, without feeling any pressure. Lets me make my own decision that I'm most comfortable buying it. I immediately love this place and will visit again!

Public bike rack is a little lacking in quality, but has good capacity, and placement.+100⭐: for being a local charity that empowers people in my community to have greater mobility independence.

For this 47yr old, Longtime Bike fan! This was like what Walt Disney would be to a 7 yr old. Nothing like this in my childhood. I mean we did have that overpriced sunset shop, but nothing like this. I was excited with a lot of questions! However; the store was clean & tidy and very organized. The customer service was horrible! The young men treated me like I was a burden & acted put out when I needed help. This could be an opportunity for customer service training!

Kirsty and Josiah were super friendly and helpful when I bought my bike and again the next day when I came back needing help with my son's bike. Their time is only $10 for 30 mins of help. Pretty cool place. Everyone was friendly and warm!

$1500... Doubt it. Our unit would've been a lot stronger without the blatant lie at the end. Three speak commuter and an old, used POS bike rack.... $250.... if the bike was in good shape (which we will never know since we can't take your word for it).

Guys there are thorough. I called if they had a bike part. Guy said yes. But then another dude texted afterwards and let me know they didn't have it. But he went all the way to post me a link to buy it online. This was done while the bike shop was closed. He was trying to save me a trip. I went over there anyways and donated three wheels I had sitting around. Kinda jealous of em' at bicycle collective. Their jobs. Cause I like bikes.
