First, you never want to be in a situation where you have to use a body repair shop. Normally, means you’ve done something wrong or something wrong has been done to you. That being said. A lot of companies can learn a thing or two about customer service from Ogden Body Shop. Weekly updates on the status with pictures of the repair. Working around the schedule of an out of stater to pick up the vehicle even though they were closed on the day of pickup. This shop goes out of their way to ease your mind after an accident. On top of that the work is excellent. The vehicle looks brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive 130 miles one way to have any body work that wasn’t accident related from this outfit. Can’t recommend it enough

Josh and the crew were awesome to work with and communicated quickly. They know cars and don’t try to nickel and dime you. Highly recommend Ogden Body Shop.
Smashes my left front light and the adjacent pieces. Looks good as new now.

Accident's are extremely frustrating! Josh and his crew did their very best to take as much frustration as they could off of my shoulders and put it onto theirs. When I dropped off my car to be repaired, they had a rental car waiting for me. They kept me up to date on all the repairs throughout the whole process and when I picked up my car it was perfect! They were meticulous in the repair process and I couldn't be happier. Best body shop in Ogden for sure!!

Definitely the best experience I've had taking a car to any shop. Josh went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road and fast too. Was totally transparent on pricing and fair. Can't recommend this place enough!

Best body shop!! I had a small accident in my vehicle, and was anxious to get it repaired quick and for a decent price. I drive a newer vehicle, and was hesitant on where I took it in… After visiting a few shops, THIS was the right one for so many reasons! Josh was extremely kind, comfortable, LISTENED to you, and was willing to make the most out of the repair! Not only was he the most reasonable price, but he also did a better job than I could have imagined! Kindness and trust goes a long way… And I promise you, this is where you need to go!!

I made an appointment for an estimate for a panel that got pulled off the door of my vehicle. The gentlemen came out to my vehicle, saw that it was an easy fix and just knocked it out for me on the spot. No charge.
Amazing.

We took our wrecked car to these guys and they were so fast and thorough and actually cared about you. My car looks brand new. They dealt with all the insurance stuff and saved me the headache. I would recommend their shop for any auto body needs. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

This place is great. My daughter had a load of snow drop on her hood from a height, causing a large dent. I stopped at 2 other places who said they had to replace the hood. These guys were willing to try to pop out the dent before running the estimate for replacement. They were successful and didn't even charge me for it. They were truly concerned with being good neighbors even though they didn't know me.
