Extraordinary hand crafted cocktails, beautiful warm, friendly place to go on a date, with friends, or business meeting. They have summer concert series in the green grass amphitheater on Friday evenings.

I just had one of the most bizarre experiences at the distillery gift shop. I have never been in before and thought it would be a good spot to stop in and check out before dinner. I asked if they did tastings since the bar doesn’t open until 5pm. The gentlemen behind the counter said yes and told me to look around and tell him what I wanted to try. I asked what his favorites were and he reiterated that I should just look around and tell him. I told him I wanted to try the rye and herbal liqueur. Another individual walked in and grabbed something quickly and wanted to check out. The cashier told me he would check that individual out first, which frankly didn’t bother me. While waiting for the other individual to get checked out, the cashier then told me that they don’t do tastings in the last hour that they are open. Frankly if that’s their policy that’s totally fine with me. The attitude and demeanor with which I and my family were treated was bizarre and rude. It is how I was treated that was rude, not the policies. I had hoped to grab some products to take home but after the way we were communicated with it felt natural to just leave. I also have heard great things about the bar, I won’t be back to try it.

Ogden’s Own has a special place in my heart. The brands are all great, and Side Bar has wonderful drinks. They also have a retail store where you can buy merchandise and their events are always a blast.

This place is fantastic! There is not one liquor I tried that is not amazing! Underground puts Jager to shame! Porters huckleberry is something so special that I should have bought more because I won't find this in ND so I'll have to have it sparingly.
