Where can I start with this one? This is the body shop that our insurance recommended and it has been an absolute nightmare. We took it in there to fix something that had bounced and hit our car on the freeway. They are now on the third paint job And still have not got it right or telling us we need to take it in in a month.. they also got what looked to be some kind of joint compound all over our upholstery. I obviously was not happy as this is a brand new car. I gave them specific instructions not to scrub on my upholstery because I know that can be damaging so what did they do? They scrubbed on it when I requested they take it to a detailer now they are telling me They still do not have the paint right they need to let the paint dry for like a month and take it back in there. This is now been going on for a month and a half. And of course, we only had rental car insurance for two days as that’s what the job was supposed to take. I do not recommend this place at all. I know Insurance will always recommend certain places, but I believe it is usually because they are cheap and we are definitely getting a cheap job on a new car. I’m very sad.

Absolutely love this place. They made it look like it never happened. Super helpful with answering all my questions and just a really fun quirky place with roaming friendly animals. I think it's just so neat!

I don't do reviews unless the business did a bad job so you know they did really good if im taking the time to write a good review. The other places i went to quoted me for around 1000+ to get my bumper and headlight fixed and old school only charged me 375. usually car places will quote you an amount and then you always end up paying more. I paid the same amount that old school quoted me. This is the first time ive been to old school but id recommend it. in fact i referred my friend to them. It took a couple weeks to get the parts but once they got it, it only took a few hours for them to fix it. Thank you again for your help!

Just have to give these guys a shout out for always taking care of us and our vehicles! You won't be disappointed! We've been here many times and Justin is a great guy to work with and we plan on to keep going back when we need to. 😊

We use Old School Body Shop for all of our automotive body repairs. They do quality work, communicate well, and handle insurance claims for us, making the whole process a lot easier. It’s great to have a reliable shop we can count on.

Justin was professional, forthright, and not overly dramatic about the estimation he gave me for damage done on my vehicle. Him and Amber went above and beyond to help get my vehicle fixed by a certain date.
They were easy to work with and my vehicle looked great after getting the work done. This is the 2nd time they’ve helped me out with a vehicle, and I’d definitely come back!
Plus, my kids like all the animals in the parking lot :)

Awesome experience, my bumper came out great and matched factory paint extremely well. Customer experience was really great and friendly. Work was done quickly and the quote was within $10 of final cost, even with a couple of months in between the quote and the work being done. Highly recommend this place!

I had a fairly simple door adjustment done. We agreed on a price and they made the repair. The repair was done well and quickly on the same day. The service was friendly. The most important thing is the final price was less than the quote. In my experience when the price charged is less than the agreed upon price, you have found a rare and honest gem. I highly recommend old school body shop.
