Would be a 0. Sold me wrong parts, made me pay for replacement parts. And won't fix damage. Not to mention the poor customer service and ATTITUDE given by associate. Will never go to this store again!

O’Reilly Auto Parts provides excellent service! The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They made sure I got exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. Customer service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve always had great customer service from this location but tonight was different. I went in for a warrantied return that was through a mechanic that does work and has a commercial account with you guys and whichever manager drives the Indian Chief got all mad at me and told me he “wouldn’t do it” because his boss would yell at him for doing the return. I was super calm and he just wanted to escalate the situation. When I asked him where that leaves me as the customer he said “I don’t know figure it out” and left me with their commercial managers number.
As your customer this is highly inconvenient that I not only have brakes that need to be warrantied out but now I have to go through extra hoops to get a refund and had to deal with a manager that was ready to lose his temper over a refund that doesn’t even affect his own money.
I love Oreillys but I was blown away at how unprofessionally this was handled.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The lady behind the counter was super rude. Did even want to help me with my issue. I was polite and she was very rude.

This place sucks and has poor customer service. Bought some AC refrigerant two days ago and they didn’t ask for a number or offer a receipt during the interaction. Used a gauge and it said my car was too over pressure so I couldn’t even use it. Took it back unused TWO DAYS later and they say they cannot help me. I have the exact date, time, amount, and proof that it was that location but they said they couldn’t help me. Not even with the same card I used to purchase it. I was gonna buy other things there today for my new car but decided not to after how I was treated. I’m never coming here again.

Used to be my go to for auto parts, buisiness and personal. I went in yesterday for a particular spring hanger bracket. They had the part in stock, which was twice the price of the competitor down the street. A chinese bracket that probably cost them $20, they quadruple the price. Mike was an absolute waste of time to talk to....wouldn't price match and was rude about the situation. Said he cant do it....with no reason....I spend thousands of dollars a year through Oreillys via business and personal. Not any more, not with this type of treatment.

One star. This store is forcing sick employees to work, spreading disease and having no regard for the health and safety of their employees and customers. Shop here if you want to get sick! Absolutely unacceptable.
