they gave me a raw pizza and a garlic dipping sauce that was already opened. it soaked the entire box and became a mess. the pizza is completely inedible.

Tried their new pizza that's on tv now. Garlic sauce with cheese filled crust around the edge. Not even sure we got the pizza we ordered. Didn't even have sausage on it, not that we could see. Not impressed. Jalapeno peppers were ok. Don't think we'd buy either again.

Delivery was fast and great. Boneless buffalo wings are not crunchy and were not covered in sauce. Tasted not good due to no crunch and the texture of the chicken; whoever manufactures the chicken is letting that soft chicken bone in and texture is very unpleasant.

I love this Papa John's! There is a young gentleman and sweet lady that are there during the day almost every time I come in. I wish I knew their names because they are the Best!! I've been coming here at least once a week for the last couple years and I get treated great and my food is always great!!

We ordered the New York pepperoni 16inch pizza today. This was my first ever and last order with this company. I want to preface that this may have been a mistake, the pizza I received was anything but New York style pizza. The PaPa John’s website sated New York style is thick crust. Our pizza had a very normal to thin crust. We did not order any sauces but there was one in the box along with a pepper of which I also did not order. By the time of discovery we were already back home. The pizza was not on the top of my list of good. Thank goodness for the sauce it helped a bit.I will not be returning to find out if the New York crust is “thick” or not as I was not a fan. Papa John’s please train your people to double check orders with the customer. I don’t believe I received what I ordered and paid for.

Ordered delivery. The pizza arrived quickly. It was decent pizza, but the crust had parts that were completely raw and doughy. I'm disappointed because Papa John's used to be my favorite pizza place.

Ordered 2 large pizzas on November 21, 2023 online. The crust on both pizzas had an off putting taste (like dirty rag and chemicals), and one for sure had spoiled meat on it. I will not be ordering from this location again.

We love papa johns and the pizza and cookies we got here weren't bad but the place around it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the staff look and act like they are high so not my favorite location

Tried the new Garlic stuffed crust pizza. It was absolutely disgusting. The pizza could not be held in your hand it was so flimsy from the crust being so thin. The outer crust was so thick that's where most the dough went. I'm not even sure it was fully cooked. Try to call the store and they don't answer. Don't waste your money on that item. They lost a fan today.
