Planet Fitness is a basic, entry-level gym that provides a standard and affordable place to work out. Many members find it to be a great, clean, and safe space with friendly and accommodating staff. The gym is praised for its outstanding cleanliness, with constant cleaning noted, making it one of the cleanest gyms people have experienced. The membership price is cheap, and the equipment is safe to use. However, the workouts can feel very basic and limited. The gym lacks many amenities, including a pool, sauna, hot tub, spa, tanning beds, and boxing equipment. There are no exercise classes or courses. Some locations are described as a little small with not enough equipment, leading to crowding and waits for machines during busy times. The selection of free weights is few, and there is a noted lack of actual barbells and specific weight plates. While most members are friendly, occasional inconsiderate behavior from others can be annoying. Overall, it is a welcoming space for building strength at one's own pace, though the facilities and equipment are fundamentally basic.
Getting back to it and Dave made everything super easy for me, highly recommend giving the man a raise.

Amazing support staff always ready and glad to help. Equipment is well maintained and visibly seen clean. CJ did amazing and really brought a warmth to Planet Fitness!
