Getting straight to the point and providing exceptional customer service along the way. I have problems with the carrier, but on this occasion the service was excellent.”

“I had to drop off a package to be scanned and this was closer than the one off of wall. There was a bit of a wait but the man that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Nothing monumental happened but I was grateful that everything went smoothly and felt that i should acknowledge it after the poor ratings here.”
