This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.

Avoid this place at all costs. Invest the extra time and go elsewhere. No one knows anything. Service dept ripped me off a couple years ago on an unnecessary repair which they will do to you too. For some reason I bought a new truck from them 4 months ago. Had a fault code on a road trip, stopped at an incredibly kind and helpful dealership where they diagnosed a failed component but didn't have the part. Finished the road trip and now Young Ford, where I bought the new truck from will not fix the failed component.

DO NOT buy a car here or have it serviced.We brought a car here and they help it hostage under warranty repairs. Even when we tried to buy a new car at an agreed price 1 day later when we went to purchase they did not live up to their word.I have engaged an attorney

Dropped the car off Thursday at 8:30, with the explanation we needed the issue resolved as it is our towing vehicle and we needed to check out of the RV park Friday by noon. Followed up on Friday and and then Saturday morning--Saturday to say we were taking the car. Suddenly, an hour before are supposed to check out, suddenly they're fixing the issue. I'm waiting to get kicked out or fined a late fee and they decided to finally go to work. Would never go here again.

Not one shred of competence here. I came in for an oil change. I asked to also have my rear brake pads replaced. I've now been sitting here over 6 hours. There's no management here. What a piss-poor business.

Bought a used 2 years old car from them that broke with less than 2 months later and less than 2k miles. Reached out no discount in fixing, nothing, and they said they inspected the car before selling. Which judging by the poor cleaning state of the car, I doubt they inspected. I did pay above price marked because I could not find a similar one in Utah.

EDIT:Shortly after I posted this review here and in other places, MJ, the General Manager for the Service Department reached out to me to see what they could do to make the situation better. I explained in more detail my frustrations with the Employee and the service I'd gotten, and he was incredibly apologetic and said that he'd wished that he had known about my situation earlier, and that he would be more than willing to work with me. After explaining that I needed my truck for a family trip because I was going to be hauling a lot of stuff, MJ immediately let me know that if the Truck wasn't ready by the time the trip was supposed to start, that he would allow me to take a loaner. He also apologized about the lack of service, communication, and the run around I'd gotten and offered to take a look at my bill to see what he could take off for me. This morning I got a call with the news that they had gotten the part and had put my truck back together for me, and had it ready to go. When I went to pick up the truck, MJ made it a point to come out to me, shake my hand, and apologize to me for the experience I had. This was an INCREDIBLE 180 from what I'd been getting before. Trent, the employee that took over for the other employee that was originally "Helping" me also gave me his information and reassured me that the next time I brought my truck in to ask for him, and he'd get me taken care of. I manage a small business, and I can tell you that this kind of response was all that I wanted from Ford. MJ and Trent were awesome and they definitely earned my business with how quickly they were able to get results, resolve my concerns, and provide me with excellent service. I'm leaving the old Review below so that people can see the stark difference between what was happening before MJ and Trent got involved and after. Thanks again, MJ!!!0 out of 5 stars if at all possible. I took in my truck to have the 4x4 actuators and the Steering gear fixed at the end of February. It is now the end of March, and my truck is still up in the hoist, waiting for the steering wheel gear. 2 weeks ago, I was told that I should have it after the weekend, but then I got some bull crap story about how they ordered the part and got the wrong one sent to them from Ford. Then they ordered another part and it came "broken." Then they ordered the part again, but there's no tracking number on it, so they don't have a date as to when they'll have it ready for me. I'm sorry, but in today's day and age if I can get tracking numbers for an order of $.25 styrofoam cups I bought from Amazon, you'd think that a very expensive car part would have one. They told me the same thing in person as they did over the phone two weeks ago; "Its on emergency shipment, so it should be here any day now. As soon as it gets in, we'll have it swapped out for you." Who the freak is shipping the part, the pioneers on a handcart?! I have a trip coming up that I NEED the truck for, and that's why I took it in a month ago.Add to the fact that the last month I haven't had my truck, I've had to RENT a car so that I have a way to get my stuff done, and they're STILL going to expect to be paid for the labor. They don't follow up when they say they will, and I had to go down to the dealership to talk to them. While I was there, I overheard some of the employees talking about another case where a guy has been waiting several weeks (SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!) for his car, and how he needs to "Cool his jets" because he was mad at their (lack of) service. I'm sorry, but you don't get to be such a HORRIBLE service and then expect your rightfully upset customers to be "Cool" about everything.How can a company that has as big a shop, with all the tools, and all these workers be so incompetent??? The worst Ford dealership in Utah. The staff members are unresponsive and don't follow-up with their customers. They only care about a "sale" and don't go the extra mile in helping drive great customer service. Their GM is just as bad and they shouldn't be in business.If you need a new vehicle or used, go somewhere else and stay away from these people. You'll thank me later!P.S. Still not happy with a place that I used for the last 7years. I bought my car when it was still Westland. Loved my car, changed oil on time at the dealer. September, I took it for a routine oil change, next day had a little bit of oil leak . I immediately took it back. I was notified to leave it if I could, they need to order a part to change the belt I was fine with it $1800+ 4days later. I got my car and couldn't get to work, stranded on the road, had to tow it to the dealer to find out that the radiator fluid went into the oil.$8000+ now, who has the money for that. Why didn't they tell me the day before they made me pay $1800? I do not trust them anymore and BEWARE if you're thinking of using them. They just want your money and don't care. I know that my radiator wasn't installed properly and caused the cross contamination. They don't want to listen when I complained, is it because I'm a woman?

I had an 11:00 am appointment for a oil change on a 2021 Explorer.That morning I asked if I could get in earlier and they said sure we’ll take care of you. I took it in in at 10:30 and they were still not done by 12:25 pm.What does Quick lane mean?!

We had such a terrible service experience with the Young Ford Ogden. We took our 9-month-old car with 10,000 miles on it into the service department in July 2022 for an oil change, tire rotation, and underhood fire recall on our vehicle. At the very end of the 'same-day' service appointment, they damaged our car while pulling it out of their service bay. They sent us home with a loaner car. It took them 5 weeks to complete the body repair, and return our car to us. During that time, they ended up adding more and more multiple types of damage the longer they kept the car including breaking the driver's seatbelt. They kept telling us the seatbelt parts were on backorder, and to this day, they have never called us back about it. We ended up taking our car to another Ford dealer, and they fixed the seatbelt in one day without having to order any parts. Ogden said they performed the underhood fire recall on the car, but we had another Ford dealer look at the car and found that the recall was never performed, so the other Ford dealer completed it within one day. Now, we are not sure if the Ogden Young Ford even changed our car's oil. We dealt directly with the assistant manager, Nick, right after the initial damage was done, and then he quit responding to our calls. We were then stuck with our easily distracted service adviser, JD, who almost never called us back with updates during the repair. It was hard to remain patient with Young Ford Ogden when the situation was entirely their fault and they were unwilling to adequately correct their damage. I would strongly protest anyone that I know using Young Ford Ogden for anything.

My experience was great. In the last 35 years i have not had an issue i was not able or willing to repair on my own. It was extremely weird and unnerving to hand my vehicle over to a person i had never met before.I had a ton of anxiety about the whole deal and was just sure things would not go correctly. My two issues were handled better than expected. My two issues were under warranty as expected

took my car in for a service I already knew the problem and told them what to do to fix it they never fixed it & said there was nothing they could do and still charged me for their "service" literally just dropped off my car paid them some money & got it back exactly the same
