I came to Ben in a bit of a pickle with my home buying situation. My home was going to be done with construction and ready to close in a month and a half. This is when the first lender I was working with suddenly told me they would not do a VA loan for me because I had to get my current home loan off my name to restore my VA entitlement amount to buy my second home (I am keeping both). They basically told me that since the loan was slightly more complicated than a traditional loan, they would only finance me with a conventional loan and that I would need to come up with a massive amount of money for a down payment and other fees.Ben assured me that he could make everything work and get me financed with a VA loan and in time to close. He worked with a preferred lender and worked his magic on getting everything done while saving me thousands of dollars. He really saved the day and I cannot thank him enough for helping me every step of the way. You would be doing yourself a favor by choosing to work with Ben. He is truly a brilliant human and amazing at what he does.
