We’ve been renting at this storage facility for over four years. Since Extra Space Storage took over from the previous owners, communication has not felt clear or consistent. In addition, our rates were raised with very little notice—we were only informed a week in advance. While we appreciate the convenient location, we are disappointed with the management.
