These guys have always treated me great but this most recent visit was so much better than it could have been. My truck had a lot of unseen rust under the glass and a simple windshield replacement wasn’t going to work. The crew showed me their concerns and explained everything to me, then quickly went to work, going above and beyond what I feel anyone else would have. Money well spent. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Very happy!

BE AWARE. NO free rock chip repair (all other major shops do) NO shuttle ( several other shops offer) "key drop" option actually requires you to wait for the front desk person to be available. They definitely take advantage of people because of their size and affiliation with insurance companies. I will not comeBack here

Got a quick quote for one price then when I went to schedule an appointment the price went up about $200 including a $40 disposal fee there are cheaper and better options out there like glasshopper which is where I went definitely shop around

I went here because they were honest about my mom’s windshield when they discovered it was a manufacture defect. Their system of service is streamlined and very efficient. I would highly recommend.

Worst. And I mean absolute worst customer service experience out there.Safelite came to replace my windshield back in December, after the replacement was installed, I could tell that it probably wasn’t sealed all the way because I could hear rattling noises that I’ve never heard before in my car. The sound of glass rattling against metal.We took the car back to Safelite and the manager instructs us that it probably isn’t settled because of the cold weather and to come back after the new year if it continues.I called Safelite in Ogden to get a replacement scheduled after the new year and was told that for some reason my payment didn’t actually get captured and was asked to wait until the payment issue gets resolved. They said 2 days max and they’d call me back, no phone call.Of course nobody calls me though I was promised, so I call back a week or so later and ask for an update, I’m told keep waiting we are still researching. What? Again, I’m told that someone would call me.Fast forward to February, I notice a charge on my card on 2/9. Not a single phone call from Safelite to replace my defective windshield. Are we being serious? Thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt, I continued to wait and decided to call again on 2/28 and spoke to the same person I’ve been working with this whole time. Not a single acknowledgment by the fact that nobody is reaching out to me.Guess what? I’m told to wait 7 days now. Completely frustrated, I explained how nobody at Safelite is taking ownership, nobody reaches out, I’m constantly checking in and getting the run around. Not a single response back from the rep that acknowledges a single thing that Safelite has dropped the ball on, instead I’m reassured that I need to wait and that somebody will call me. Sound familiar?This needs to be resolved. I can’t believe such terrible service exists but unfortunately that is the case with this company. I mentioned how this seems like a fraudulent way of handling business, I got no response from the rep. Really solidifying to me the value this company shares, I’m reminded each time I speak with them to never do business with them again.

This location has served us extremely well. Mine and my wife windshields have needed replaced for awhile. Very easy appointment setup. Quick service when we got there and got the service done in under the 90 minutes we were quoted. Highly recommend for your auto glass needs.

Nobody at the front desk, evert time I needed to talk to someone I had to stand there waiting for 10+ minutes.Took them 3+ hrs to do a windshield replacement that they kept saying would take them 60-90 minutes. And that wasn't even with the calibration. Needed the car so I took the car to a dealership to do the calibration in minutes.Any other place you would not be expected to pay full price for things taking 2-3 times as long as what they had originally told you.

The front desk manager (Gabriella) is so so pleasant! She also is very accommodating, she offered to change the channel on the television to a kids friendly channel, in my opinion that's going above and beyond! She delivered timely updates and was very helpful. Will be returning again, thank you.

The associate Charles fixed a chip we got in the windshield just a week after we replaced it. He noticed the residue from the tape on the windshield and asked us about it. After hearing what happened, he didn't charge us. Talk about really caring about the customer!! I'm always going to go back to this Safelite because of this experience. Thank you Charles!!

We have scheduled a window replacement with this business 5 times. Each time we bring in our vehicle only to be called a short while later to be infomed that they do not have the correct windshield. We are very understanding to the fact that our windshield is unique, and we understand that manufacturer backorder are out of their hands. We do not understand how they do not have a better process to ensure they have the correct windshield before the customer drops off their vehicle. Very frustrating to say the least.
