When I needed to store some of my things to prevent them from being damaged/stolen, they were nothing but professional, understanding, friendly, and helpful. When it comes down to communication, they are extremely understanding. There were a few times where my pay days were a little after the due date, and they were absolutely willing to work with me, and that right there helped alleviate some stressful moments for me... Because this was the first time I'd ever needed a storage unit... And I was fearful of losing everything. Again, I appreciate you guys for being exceptionally understanding and professional for the period of time I rented a storage unit.”

“Wildcat Storage in North Ogden is truly amazing. Pricing is very competitive, location is very secure, easy to access and always clean. Kayla has been amazing from the time we started renting two years ago. She answered an after hours call when we were delivering our contents to the unit that took longer than expected running past the 10:00pm lockout time and saved us! Most recently, I accidently damaged the outer door removing my boat and was very concerned. They immediately called their door repair company to get someone out there to help get the door closed to protect my belongings. What I truly can't believe is that they are being so gracious and covering the repair costs which really shows just how much their customers mean to them. Kayla and the owners are what make a great storage facility truly amazing! I won't store my belongings anywhere else.”

“I would like to share what I saw yesterday. I have been at Ogden Self storage for 8 months. In the last 4 months I have seen more activity as far as weed cutting and I have not seen anyone come out of the office to do much of anything till now. I have seen the most amazing thing a man on a wheelchair cutting the weeds with weed cutter. I had sometime to go over and talk to him. He informed me that his name is John and that he had a stroke. All my problems that I have just went away. After speaking with John that he had stroke a year ago and that he is a retired deputy sheriff. I have a 16 year old boy that I cannot get him to take out the trash. After I told him about my hand issue his response was I hope you get better and he said that he would pray for me. When I was leaving June came the lady behind the desk came to clip the weeds with edger and then pushed John around on his wheelchair to do the weeds. John if you read this you have the spirit to walk and you have touched me.”

“Only rating customer service. Their staff's customer service was the best thing about my experience with my pick up they were extremely friendly and willing to fix issues that occurred. The location ( which I heard they are changing thank goodness) is awful for OTR drivers. Backing into the indoor dock from the street filled with cars and random pedestrians on break Jwalking constantly. Not to mention the street is angled horribly with drainage curbs that are death traps for semis and no actually parking so there only drainage curb tip over parking or trespassing. I arrived at 1200 for a 1300 apt and got the door at 1345, out at 1445 good enough turn over but overweight on drives 3k with tendems slid all the way forward. Nearby scale for proof and went back and was worked in. Out at 1640”

“Everything works as it should, but the way you have to pull all the way through to turn around (because the vacuum is right where you pull into the parking lot,if someone is at the vacuums you have 4 spot to be in) is a pain.”
