Nothing but good things to say about the team at Sherm’s Store. Knowledgeable, professional, caring. My financing took over a week to go through rather than the typical day or two. Sherm’s has a 48 hr holding deposit you can do. Despite their policy they worked with me around that obstacle. If I had that same situation elsewhere I’m not very confident it would have worked out. They’re a family run company too. I would definitely be open to doing more business with them in the future.

Mitch is the absolute best!! I had fallen on some hard times, and every dealership wouldn't work with me unless I had thousands of dollars down. I needed a car so badly, I read the reviews about the Sherm's Store so I reached out. They told me to come in and we can talk, and see what my options were. Mitch sat and listened to me for a few hours, he put good faith in me and financed me in house. He had 2 cars I was able to choose from, he wanted to get me into a car that I would be done paying on within 2 years, he was very upfront about the 2 vehicles. They both were older, but in great shape, he made the payments work for me, and never once made me feel bad about my past. I've now had the car for almost a year, and it still is so reliable, never any issues. Thank you so much Mitch!! You're a amazing person!

Traveling to and from Chicago on business, and with less than 36 hours to make a serious purchase, Mitch and his team treated me with such respect, caring for me as if they have known me all of my life. Mitch made a hard deal easy, I will always remember this experience, thanks Mitch. Totally under qualified salesman explains a 17 year old vehicle (not a classic) was over priced by $8000 because of a $20,000 paint job (he had no clue). I emaled the dealership and asked for more information. Went unanswered--guessing the salesman got my email. I was interested - with cash - he ran me off. Save yourself some time and drive by.

After having my old family vehicle die on me my husband and I looked around Ogden for good dealerships. We noticed a lot of good reviews and lookzled at Sherm's inventory. Serendipitously, they had a vehicle that would meet all of our needs at an outstanding price. We headed over and checked the vehicle out. We met Mitch who let us test drive the vehicle. He didn't pressure us at all when we were there and he didn't act pushy at all when we said we wanted to think about things over night.We decided to get the car we looked at. He helped us with getting two of our old vehicles traded in for a little and gave us time to talk to our financial institution for financing.Our entire experience at Sherm's was great. Mitch was great, the car is great, the price was perfect, and I highly recommend Sherm's. We will definitely do business with them again in the future.

I purchased a one owner 2003 Honda Civic EX from Sherm's three years ago and still an it. It is a gem. These fellows are easy to deal with and very, very helpful.

Mitch has been beyond helpful in helping us upgrade our tiny Rav4, to a much more roomy Sienna. He made the transition incredibly smooth and took care of all the little details for us. He even stayed late two nights for us, which was so thoughtful. We are so thankful for him and his staff for taking care of our family!
