I can’t remember the other guys name but him and Austin were super helpful in resolving a mistake made from another worker in matching our paint color. They were super willing to take the can back and do the correct color and even gave it to us for a cheaper price since it was on sale that day. Way above what we were expecting them to do.

If I could give it 10 stars I walked in I was greeted. I had a gentleman name Austen come and help me look at colors and help me understand things that I was looking at and the difference in quality also help me with some wallpaper styles and where to look and how to order great experience overall amazing customer service

Refused to paint match. Said I needed a piece the size of a quarter. I own a ruler, the piece I brought in is 1.2 inches across. A quarter is .955 inches across. I pointed this out and then the guy said 50 cent piece. Very unhelpful

The SW store where I used to live, carries wall coverings. There are well-lit tables at which customers can sit and look at the many sample books, and order the products from the store. They are delivered to the store, and the customer can pick them up there. Wallcoverings are a large part of their business, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I moved to Ogden, Utah, and have been decorating my home, so I called the SW on Wall Ave in Ogden to ask about wall coverings. The man I spoke to was rude and very emphatic about the fact that they do NOT order the products; I would have to do that online. I thought he was awfully abrupt, and I don't mind ordering online, but I went to the store anyway, to look at their books. There were only about 8 books, but no place to sit and look at them except a poorly-lit nearby small counter. A woman approached me after I had been there for about 20 min., but she was obviously irritated that I was even there, didn't look at me, and was pretty rude. She answered my quick question as she was walking away. Basically telling me, "We don't do wallcoverings"! I didnt need help, but a good employee would have offered to help with pricing, etc. Why offer a product in the store without any customer service??? They honestly should just eliminate that product from the store. I walked around the small store just to see what they had. I was looking for wallpaper paste; never found it, and no one asked if they could help. I noticed that most of the employees were less-than-friendly to the customers, and the only customers I saw them spend any time with were a couple who were looking at a very expensive professional paint sprayer. Made me think that these employees must be paid on commission, but it doesn't excuse their lack of personality or willingness to engage with customers. I don't know how this store stays in business, especially since you can buy Sherwin Williams paint and supplies at Lowe's. I won't be back.

We went into Sherwin-Williams to look for the paint to do some accent walls in our home. We met Teri, who was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained things well and helped us put together the look we were trying to achieve. It's nice to have someone like her help us; she was genuine.

I went in for a paint match and the old lady working there was extremely rude to the point of flat out refusing to help me and the guy wasn’t much better. I’ve never been treated so bad in a store in my life. I’ve been to the store on Washington and they are always helpful but this place was atrocious.

Brayden was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. The paint was super high-quality and went up super fast. Pictures here is the color "Mindful Gray" in a saying finish, Cashmere level paint . We are super pleased with the result and will go back to Brayden for our next project very soon!
