Probably the strangest advice I’ve ever been given.
I asked what the recommended nap would be for a textured ceiling. I was told 1/4”.
In my wildest dreams I wouldn’t use 1/4” on a textured ceiling.
Then I asked what type of primer for a textured ceiling. They asked if I wanted to smooth it out and if I was planing on sanding it.
I asked them if they typically know of people who sand textured ceiling and then went back to recommending I fill in the textured ceiling.
Both the new guy and the other guy couldn’t comprehend what a textured ceiling was or give advice on it except to sand it off and fill it in when I’m just wanting to paint it.
This was incredibly frustrating.

Amazing customer service! First time in the store couldn't have been happier with the results. Wish I would of started here over Lowe's. Shout out to the girl who helped me match the paint I needed.

TERRIBLE service. Train your employees on what's going on within the company. The employees have no idea what they're doing. My wife went to this location to get paint during a sale and she was told there was no sale and they charged her full price. I then had to call another location to confirm there was in fact a sale and sure enough there was. So she then had to go back to educate the employees what's going on in their own company and get the paint at the sale price! And she had to do all of this with a tired upset 2 year old. What a terrible way to do business. Avoid this location at all cost.

I really enjoy shopping at the location on Washington Ave in Ogden. The employees are always polite and friendly, and the service is quick and efficient.
