How is your warm food always much much much older than should be in a warmer when bought? There is no reason for cheese and potatoes bites to be in this shape and handed out to people. Please pay attention to your food and how long they stay on the warmer. Crazy how this was the earliest I've been in there yet they have rock hard hot outside with a pure mush cold inside. Please fix this as it is a frequent issue.
Great service besides the food.

Service was okay, place was DIRTY. One of the cashier's was flirting with my boyfriend, she told him that his mom was her mother in law, like?? Overall would not recommend.

I just went in there asking for potato logs. She said they don't make them on Sundays, just everything else. I asked her if she would be willing to make some and she said they had just turned off the deep fryer. What a joke. Just want to add an update. I went into the same sinclair today (Sept 1st) to get let my son get ice cream and there were tons of potato logs made. So the lady who told me they don't make them on Sundays was just being lazy because she didn't want to make anymore

Usually great but the lady running the register at 12:45pm on 8/3/24 doesn't honor the discounted prices even after she verbally says yes to the discount. Receipt never shows the discount.

In the drive thru window, I asked the woman at for 5 drinks (4 cans and one fountain). She then told me “I am not going to do your grocery shopping for you. That’s not my job. The limit is 3 items.” This woman was an older woman, with dark hair that was going gray, and she was either Hispanic or Native. I left without getting anything because of her attitude. It was snowing and I had my young children in the car which is why I chose the drive thru. She shouldn’t be working there if she is going to be this rude to people wanting to shop there. I didn’t ask her to work the drive thru window. And it was 4 cans and a fountain drink, which doesn’t seem like grocery shopping. I will NEVER return to this location and feel her managers need to know this is her attitude.

I am posting on behalf of a friend who is blind and unable to access the tools to report himself.He went through the drive through with an Uber driver, and the employees would not pass his purchase out the window and insisted he come in. They parked and the uber driver assisted him inside. Once inside the 4 workers there refused to assist him. They said the uber driver would have to help.This is not the uber driver's job.And not only is this poor customer service, it is illegal according to ADA laws.Making a store accessible to persons with disabilities is the responsibility of the store if it is not a store safety issue for them to do so.
