This place WAS nice. Now ALL the staff are rude and don’t work. They never have food, and they all sit around on their phones. I have been in multiple times over the last couple of months and either they don’t have ice or the machines aren’t working - they will be going out of business soon if they keep this up. They’ve lost my business ever again

This location was recently purchased by a new owner and it has gone to total hell. They’re always empty. Their drinks never work. And the staff are always sitting around doing absolutely nothing.

I’m so tired of putting my card in and it says “see cashier”. This is literally the only gas station in the world that makes me go inside to pay for gas. I won’t be doing it again…I’ll just go elsewhere. Get some decent pumps, or at the very least some decent card readers at those pumps!

Gas prices listed on goggle maps were notably incorrect. Listed price was 20 cents cheaper than what the price was in reality.

The employees make you feel super unwelcome and like they don’t want you in the store. Skipping this place from now on and just heading across the street to maverick.

I asked this guy for two things and he didn’t have one of the things so I asked him to replace it with another thing and he said why don’t I come inside and I Told him there is no cars in the parking lot and he slammed the window on me. If you want somewhere with good customer service go across the street to Maverick.

Paid cash for E85. While overly expensive (3.89 today I believe), who cares. Only place in the state that is carrying it.

Charged me $ 5.29 for a 14 ounce chocolate milk drink. They are 2.89 most places. Told them they didn't care. Didn't do a refund. 100 percent markup is not okay for me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
New owners literally scammed me by upcharging the price of something at the register while lying about it. He first scanned the item twice, then when I mentioned that he changed the price of the item on the receipt (status code 99). It also is different than the listed sticker price, this is literally a civil offense:
Utah code weights and measures, 4-9-116: [it is illegal for a business to] misrepresent the price of a commodity sold, advertised, exposed, or offered for sale by weight, measure, or count, or represent the price in a manner that misleads or deceives a person;
When I visited the store a second time, the price was miraculously lower and matched the sticker price
