I’m really dissatisfied with the services and lack of work ethic. I had a prescription called in 4 days ago. It took 3 times of me coming by to pick up to finally get MOST of the order. Then they couldn’t give me the alcohol while pads because “a pharmacist is giving a vaccine right now so I can’t leave and grab them”. I feel like one of the other 3 people working could have grabbed them OR you could have had them prepared to sell me because they were on an order and I’ve come in 3 times to try to get them. It just felt lazy and inconvenient and inconsiderate. Super super disappointed with the services and the lack of filament in my order.

Rude so mean what did I ever do to you?Why o you not give any customer service, why do you not smile and greet me? Why do you not have the medicine that was called in, why do you make me wait for over an hour?

They claim to never have received any prescription that is called in by my physician. This has happened three times now and they act incredibly bothered every time like I did something wrong. Maybe you should try be helpful and ask if you can call the physician who called in the prescription so they can ensure you get your medication. Wow.

they don’t care about people, they are very rude and they don’t know how to fill prescriptions. they wasted my entire day and left me in severe pain and their customer service is dreadful. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I prefer this pharmacy to all others in the area. Been a regular for 4 years. They can be understaffed at times, but have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion.

My friend was in lots of pain and they told us to come back in 20 minutes they didn't say were closing soon or anything and they closed and my friends still in lots of pain

I have used this pharmacy for nearly twenty four years, and i've never had a problem until today, I call with something slightly embarrassing, and I get the tone of voice made me feel inferior and stupid
