I had to do some shopping for my aunt today and this is the closest smiths. I am a FAITHFUL smith's customer. Today I was so disappointed. It was filthy, disorganized, poor selection, and the meat department smells so BAD!!! Also, don't park far from the door unless you only have 1 or 2 things... THE CARTS WILL ACTUALLY SHUT DOWN ON YOU!!!! I resent being treated like I'm going to steal your stupid cart. I will say my cashier was really a nice kid and we even laughed a little bit. I only ended up buying a few frozen things and eggs bread milk, just to get her through until I can shop for her at my smith's tomorrow. DO BETTER!

This Smith’s is old and rundown. Customer service would not let me return a Kroger product that was bought a day prior at a different smith’s. Kroger needs to stand behind there name.

It’s so frustrating not being able to find help when you need it. I mostly do my shopping after work in the evenings and most of the time they don’t have a single cashier open and force everyone into the self checkout. That’s fine with me if I only have a couple items but when I have a full cart it’s inexcusable that a they don’t make a cashier available to assist customers. Instead they station 3-4 employees at the self checkout lanes and most often they are talking amongst themselves or as you can see from my photo, playing patty cake. After my most recent experience, I’ve decided to give my hard earned dollars to a company that values its customers.

On May 6, I went to pay a bill of more than 300 dollars. On the 20th, I received a notification that my bill was not paid. I checked my receipts and my account did not match with the receipt. I went to the store and gave them my receipts. They had made a mistake, I asked to speak to the manager, they did not want to communicate with him, they took copies of my receipts where it was proven that they had made a mistake, they took copies of my receipts, they told me to go to your house, we called you, they did not do it, I called and they told me They said they didn't know what I was talking about and that I had to go to the store, so I told them I don't have to go, they told me they would fix it, so they're not fixing it, the assistant manager and the bookeeper started yelling at me, who had to go and show my receipts otherwise no, today I came to the store the people serving were unaware of the subject, I said okay I called the bookeeper and she told her that she was already working on it, that attitude doesn't work that she could have told me On the phone they made me come for nothing and all because I was Hispanic I would have been an American complaining about that treatment, anything else would have been bad, they gave me a very bad time and losing an hour of work is not good I hope the manager does something because that treatment I didn't deserve it, I've been patient...

i live very close to this smiths and use it as an emergency if i need something quick. every time i’ve walked into this store it seems nice but walking further in it changes. produce doesn’t smell “fresh” and the meat selection makes you want to run past it! the store itself really is not clean either. amoung the employees, some are pretty nice and helpful, others are rude and condescending. i was shopping for a couple items that i needed, upon entering an isle i encountered two employees that seems to be grabbing things for online orders i believe. looking for what i needed, i overheard the one gal (short slick back ponytail wearing a cardigan and pickup apron) talking to the other employee ( older woman with white poofy hair and glasses) about another coworker they work with in a very rude and disrespectful manner. it personally made me uncomfortable to hear someone being trashed talked about for no reason. let alone having to deal with that in the workplace… i don’t work at Smiths and that made not want to ever come back! knowing their employees treat each other like that makes me sick. i don’t know if the review will do anything or not but i do plan on sending a complaint to the HR management.
