Friendly staff and good product but I always make sure to check the Pokémon machine after each visit. Lately, I’ve noticed that the staff on shift hover over the machine and even brag about which product they got that day. I’ve even seen a male individual turn off his timer on phone which im guessing he has set to check the machine..then proceeds to go tap on the screen to see if any product has loaded. I do find it a bit ridiculous that staff are safeguarding the machine while working on shift..which means paying customers don’t have a fighting chance of buying anything. It’s already hard to get product..but even harder when your staff are buying the product every time it is loaded. Please address this.

Im so sorry lady supervising self check out. So sorry you had to work a tiny bit and I interupted your visiting time. Sorry I didnt have my app downloaded but open in the browser and sorry 2 minutes was too much work to help me use my 2 dollar coupon. I get that its just 2 dollars but is the 2 dollars you wouldn't assist me with and just gave up worth me not coming back? Lack of customer service is a GREAT reason for me to take my money elsewhere. You barely have a job to do so maybe learn to do it? Or act like you care even a teeny tiny bit.

You just can't resist gouging customers for every last dime, can you. For the last couple of years I've watched as you've slowly raised prices on almost everything, and even charging more for smaller packages of some products. Just now I paid almost $50 for dog food that in the past 2 years has tripled in price. I've just rolled with it as that's the world we live in now, but tonight you've outdone yourselves with the greed. As I proceed thru the self checkout, where you've greedily turned customers into slave labor, I scan my purchases. As I am paying I opt to get cash back as I need it. Well low and behold I discover that now in order to get cash back your greed is now charging me 75 cents. This is just another shining example of corporate greed gouging the hard working person for every nickel they can. Well, as someone who spends thousands upon thousands every year in your store, I can guarantee that you've gouged me for the last time. One more thing, your closing manager is the rudest, most unpleasant person I've seen in awhile. Every night she gets on the pa to inform customers that the store is closing soon so they better comply with her orders because she's going to shut the registers off at 11:57 and if you're not actively ringing up then you're sol and aren't checking out. I've heard her say those exact words to other employees. Perhaps she's not cut out for her position.

I do love Smith's! I think they have a great selection, the cheese selection is phenomenal, the produce is great, the meat selection is wonderful. They do have a beautiful floral selection; I used to go in there more frequently because they would put their flowers on clearance once they started to go bad. They don't really do that anymore which has been disappointing to me. I guess they feel like too many people were waiting for that time, now I would imagine that they are just tossing those out instead of allowing people to purchase them and enjoy them at a discount. When I did come in to purchase the clearanced flowers, I would end up making other purchases of course. It has deterred me from coming in to some extent. They are more expensive in general per item than Walmart 5 minutes away. Regardless all the employees are really nice, kind, and they greet you with a smile.
The featured flowers are from their store but I did have to pay full retail. I purchased some for myself and some for my mother who does a ton for me.

Very expensive and not good quality. I bought 30 eggs that were sealed (so the customer can’t check) and around half of them were broken.

This Smith's is the best and especially their pharmacy. Customer service is very high by all the employees. They go above and beyond.

The pan handler on your 40th street exit needs to go! He holds up traffic and distracts drivers. It doesn’t feel safe and I am sick of seeing this every time I shop there!
