Worst place to do Amazon returns. The staff is incompetent and can’t effectively and efficiently take care of customers with Amazon returns. If you go here to do an Amazon return, you’ll be waiting longer than it takes to drive to kohls and return your items there. Kohls is fast efficient and knows how to handle customers returns.

DO NOT order Grad Announcement cards from this store! I used their online template, downloaded proofs and all my pics were crisp and clear with 300DPI sized and formatted correctly and I went to pick up my cards today, EVERY single picture is blurry all are way darker and out of focus. There are tons of white spots all over the cards. Then when I asked the ignorant blonde at the counter what they could do since it was nowhere close to my proof, she said I can lighten it but your picture is blurry so it won’t change much… ummm no my picture is not blurry, your printer and your quality is crap. Your customer service is crap. I printed the exact same cover photo onto a 5x7 at Walgreens and it’s crisp and clear. Do better Staples.

If I can give no starts I would. Bought a computer charger for $75. And less than a month it doesn’t worked. Asked to see what I can do to get it replaced and they told me they can’t do anything. Horrible service, horrible policies that are not explained to the customer, and not trying to help over all is unacceptable.

Walked in to do some Amazon returns. The two men at the front saw me and one said, "Jesus Christ!" when he saw my hands full. I wanted to turn around and walk to my car in shame.
I was mortified. I happen to get over myself quickly, or I wouldn't have had the courage to complete my returns, but I certainly never want to go back. I get having bad days, and he thought he was quiet about it, but ugh.
