My Grandson ripped my Bumper off backing out of driveway. They got it replaced in one day, as a former Body Shop owner, they did an Amazing job. Highly recommend and will use for everything our Family needs done

I did not go wrong deciding to have Valley Collision repair my car. Lindsey and Paul were so helpful. I thought I would be riding my bike for a week and fortunately for me, I dropped it off on a Monday, and was thrilled to get a call from them on Tuesday saying it was done. And, it looks fabulous.

If I could give a no star rating I would! The ONLY thing that is good about this company is Shylah the receptionist. If you care about your car and quality work do not take it here. My car was not fixed, they caused damage to my car and did not take care of it, it was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. They didn’t replace the parts and items they were paid to replace by the insurance company. I could go on and on. Just don’t take your car to this shop. You will regret it if you do. I have had to take it to a different body shop to repair the work that they did in order to get it back to the original condition.

My car was rear-ended and this shop was the one that worked directly with the other drivers insurance with the soonest appointment somewhat nearby. I brought my car in one morning between grave shifts and once I was there (it was a half hour drive for me), I heard from the rental car agency that they didn’t have a car available for me. I was stressed and a little upset, thinking I’d have to come back a different time. Lindsy was SO helpful and got me set up with another rental agency so quickly, we had to kind of hurry through signing documents and whatnot! My back bumper is the most beautiful part of the car post-repair, and they did it fast too. Very Impressed and pleased with the service I received, especially as a non-paying customer! Thank you!

Hit a deer with my 2019 jetta. They took it in an got it back on schedule. Work looks great an paint matches 100% was very happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend to friends an family needing autobody work done.

2025: I recently worked with Valley Collison (formerly Stegen's).They were just as good as before. High quality service, reasonable pricing, and great personal attention (thanks Paul Youngberg). One a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give them a 10, maybe 11. Very pleased.
2020: I’ve worked Stegen’s on five different matters over the years. The quality is first rate. They are professional to work with. They keep you educated and are sensitive to your expectations. Stegens’ facility is large, distinctive and has many resources. Finally, I like their people—Shane and Kassie treat me like family. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them to my closest friends.

Wow!!!!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!! Best customer service you can find which is rare these days! Mike and Lindsey are AMAZING!!! Great communication!!!! Great customer service!!! And honestly impeccable work, repairs, and paint!!!! They have repaired many of my vehicles and I won’t go anywhere else!!! My cars look brand new when I get them back! And most important is that they are honest and trustworthy and truly value their customers!!!! Would give a 10 star if I could!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Needed my fender/door fixed due to a hit and run. Called my INS and they highly recommended Valley Collision. They happened to be 6 minutes from my location so I gave them a call. Spoke with Lindsey and I knew right away my experience was going to be epic. She advised to stop by any time and they would give me a quote and estimated eta, and she was not kidding. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Youngberg and that guy is a total stud. Walked me through everything that was going to be needed. Dropped my truck off the next day and it was done by the end of the day, which included a detailed wash. I was honestly expecting it to be over a week. They have won my business from here on out and I will recommend them to anyone.

I had a repair that another shop refused to do because of a prior collision repair to the same area. Valley took the challenge and did a great job. Paul was upfront and great to work with. I had another issue after the repair was done and they have been very good to work with me to try to solve the problem. I would highly recommend Valley Collision because they treat their customers with respect and fairness.
