When I moved in I only had 5 days to move out of 2 big shops .
The people I hired to help left it unlocked. They let me know it was without a lock and put one on it free of charge great people id highly recommend anyone..its quite safe there also.

Worst, dishonest & thieves. Moved my things, told them I left & they charged me another month & kept my deposit. I rate this hole a below zero. The owner will be notified & intend to file this . This operation needs to be exposed

Tried to reserve a unit that was listed on their website . The manager tells me that website prices are not correct and does not know how or why the unit was listed. The website doesn't seem to get managed very well or false advertisement.

I had a couple units at Storage City for years but soon after the new management took over one of my units was broken into. Despite having so many cameras they refused to look at the video to see who did it. They didn’t show the reporting officer anything.
If it wasn’t for me showing up and seeing an officer browsing through another unit and asking about any updates, I would never have gotten anything back (only got one pair of woofers back!).
I do not recommend storage city!

These people completely sold all of our belongings out from under usMy wife and I had a storage unit there for close to 5 yearsBack in November we paid all of Nov. rent and all but $20 for Dec. so we owed $20 for December and for Jan. Well on Jan. 21 the sold all of our belongings.We has no Idea that they would sell all of our belongings including pictures and birth certificatesI recommend not going here

I wish you guys would give an option to pay online. Seems like you guys are only in office during the same hours i work. I can't ever get there when the office is open.

Great for the first 2 years then the nice older couple retired and the new managers auctioned off my unit without contacting me or even trying if they look back for 2 years I paid every other month and they just switch stuff up and sold my personal belongings all they had to do is look at gate codes and see that the unit was actively used look at pay history and see the pattern the said they tried to contact but none was made bull s*** the address and phone numbers are legit I was one week late and all my personal pictures and family airlooms are gone! The worst part is I had a 45 minute conversation with the new lady and explained my rotating shifts and that I always pay every other month and she was fine then , I believe it to be legal thievery I mean no notice certified letter no phone call 2 days before Christmas and it's gone, I went to pay the day before and they had closed early had I known it would be auctioned I would have paid and made sure to not be late but the conversation I had with her prior she was singing a different tune. Bad for business cuz you bet your a** I'm going to tell everyone about it! Right is right wrong is wrong I would have never let her auction my stuff I never even thought after 2 years of consistency there was a problem now all my memorabilia probably dumped in a trash somewhere and my birth certificates and personal info could be who knows where! Thanks for letting me spend a fortune for 2 years just to steal my stuff I would have moved it somewhere else if I only knew
