I've been here a few times now, and it seems clear that Swire in Ogden receives your load not by the time you arrive or your appointment time. It basically receives you on how they see you. Sad, but that's the only answer that explains why I wait here 5 to 6 hours every time I've been here. Parked after checking in, I see every ? leapfrog me until there is no one else, and the Coke Delivery Trucks have returned from early morning deliveries. I've asked them and just receive the constant shrugs. Be ready to spend time here if your looks don't align with everyone here.
