This is quite possibly the most incompetently run UPS store in the nation. We shipped a tradeshow case from Indiana to a hotel in Ogden UT for a tradeshow. I brought the case to this UPS store to have it returned to Indiana. I handed the case to the girl working there and told her, “This needs to be shipped back to Indiana, the return address is on the label, I left the old label on it, so you have the return address”. She scanned the label, handed me a receipt and said, “okay that’s all I need”. 3 times I asked her, “this is shipping back to Indiana, do you need anything else from me,” 3 times she said “nope, we have everything we need” and they shipped it back to the hotel in Ogden. The person I spoke with on the phone at this location, I assume a manager said, “you didn’t pay for it, did you tell her you needed to pay for it”? I said, ‘No I asked her 3 times do you need anything from me”? We have a UPS account, so I figured either they were charging our account or shipping it collect. Apparently, it’s my fault her employee ignored everything I said and when I asked her 3 times “do you need anything else from me”, and she said “no” didn’t include paying for it.

Nice service and the manager Aleisha was efficient and polite in managing both individual customers (including me) and also the whole flow of a busy rush at the time I was in the store. The store was also clean and organized with a nice atmosphere. Good place to do business. God bless

Came in to send a small small package (like literally an MTG card) in the mail. And the lady gave me every expensive slow option under the sun. Before me making a stink about it, FINALLY telling me I could buy an $.88 stamp and it get there in 3 days.Stop trying to make money off me in a dishonest way. I don’t appreciate it.
