The Vapor Vault is a vape shop with a different style. The store is very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and super friendly, always willing to go the extra step to make sure you feel welcomed. They provide really good customer service and are able to educate customers and help them find what they need very quickly, along with good suggestions. The staff is knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. However, a common issue is that they are almost always out of the most popular coils. They are not allowed to order more to keep up with demand, even though it is the most popular coil. This leads some customers to not want to go somewhere else just for coils. Many customers had a good experience, plan on being a frequent customer, and highly recommend the shop. They find it worth the drive and call it their new favorite vape shop.
