“It’s never the best spot to be in when one needs to tow a personal vehicle. All the hopes always placed in a tow company to get the car to a place to be fixed. It was after hours and freezing cold… now, granted, the very nature of the towing business lends itself to inconvenient hours and poor weather conditions but here’s my point, they were quick to respond.
