With a QR code, my package is off in the way with little effort. Always friendly and the lines not too long.

The old lady with the glasses and the old man, they always are in a bad mood and they treat you like stupid, they need retraining or new members because they doesn't know how to treat their customers, also the old man was requiring me to go to a place where they speak Spanish even I was speaking English well

This older lady with black hair checked me out at the postal office, and i have never in my life experienced such terrible service. she scoffed and rolled her eyes when i had a question about my package . Would never come here again. I think retraining would be useful considering how terrible she handled the situation. Not to mention we waited forever in line.

I had to drop off a package to be scanned and this was closer than the one off of wall. There was a bit of a wait but the man that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Nothing monumental happened but I was grateful that everything went smoothly and felt that i should acknowledge it after the poor ratings here.

They are stealing packages comes to your address. On the tracking by USPS said delivered at the mailbox but actually the carrier still had it in his truck. Confrornted the carrier he had an attitude and left without explanation. Cut red handed

This was the worst experience ever! It was my first time returning something through usps rather than fedex or ups and I will NEVER be back. The older woman with dark black hair that smells like cigarette smoke asked me "where is your mommy to help you." When I am 22 years old. She said "I hate helping people like you." She also complained about me asking for tape for my package, I offered to pay for it, and she was mad I had my QR code for her to scan to send my package. She was so terrible and rude for absolutely no reason. When I told her to have a good day she responded with, "I hope yours doesn't" She was terrible and treated me like I was 5 even when I continued to be nice to her.

I came to get a package shipped out and I had it boxed and ready to go with the shipping address already printed, and the old bag started lecturing me about needing to bring the box taped and ready to go, and started attacking me like I was making her find a cure for the corona virus. I'd recommend going to FedEx or just another post office. Anywhere but here, this is not how customers should be treated. You get paid to work and do your job and what is asked of you not attack customers like this. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I'm giving this branch of the USPS 1 star because they do deliver the regular mail within an acceptable time frame, but not the larger packages. This post office has lost packages that they claim they delivered over the years but it recently, it has gotten much worse. The USPS is already "investigating" 1 package that was lost a few weeks ago earlier in May. The issue was not resolved at all. It is now May 29th and guess what, no resolution at all regarding the package. Regarding my 1st lost package, I received a message that a package was delivered but it was not. When I called the store from whence the package came, I was told that they were receiving the same identical complaints from their customers. Today the same thing occurred. Unbelievable. This branch of the USPS lies. They send you an e-mail stating they delivered the package when they did not. Then you are left waiting on hold for 50 minutes - 1 hour or more to report it each time you call. They do not e-mail you back or call you. Just try e-mailing your complaint on their website. Both times I attempted to do so, I didn't receive a confirmation. And, of course no one contacted me either. After calling their customer service line to obtain an update, the Washington Blvd. Post Office lied to the investigator and stated, "We delivered the mail." Of course they delivered the "mail" but not the packages. When you kick the issue to a higher level, the District Office, you receive e-mail updates that they are still investigating the issue each week, but no details regard what became of the lost package. Now, they have lost a 2nd package today within a few weeks from the last lost package. I have now been on hold for over 1 hour. Just about 1 hour ago, I received an e-mail that my package was delivered but it was not. At that time, I saw the postal truck and tried to flag it down but she obviously didn't hear me. I feel as if I am a hostage in a communist country where you have to accept their lies, telling you that the package was delivered when in fact,it was not. If you complain, your complaint falls on deaf ears. This service is deplorable and no one there cares. The question still remains, what happened to my packages. My next step is to contact Don Beyer's Office. I tried contacting the proper channels via their chain of command. I'm done with this branch of the USPS. P.S. I am still on hold - 1 hour, 15 minutes and 04 seconds according to my phone. Thank God for screen prints.

Tristan your problem is with the postal SYSTEM, and NOT with this local office. "they" didnt have anything to do with the delivery of your letters, they are required to put all mail they receive and process into the centralized Salt Lake mailstream along with hundreds of thousands of other pieces. Blaming a local business for corporate decisions, when its not even really their business (they do SHIPPING, NOT sorting logistics), doesnt remedy your problem in any way or help the business improve its service. The odds of three items getting lost are astronomical; you shouldve taken a drive up to ID and played the lottery.

Worst Post Office ever! I sent three time sensitive certified mail to an address within this office's scope and they managed to not deliver it or return it to me. It somehow made its way through salt lake city and when it got to Ogden it just....disappeared. Thanks USPS, for screwing me over.
