I contacted and then visited the Ogden store. I’m going to make an ageist remark but in a very good way. I had interactions with four different associates - I did not catch all of their names, but each and every one of them was outgoing, asked good questions, gave great answers. While I was there another patron came in - he wasn’t rude to the point I would have said something to him, but he was far from kind and understanding. The two who interacted with him remained professional, got their point across, and apologetic they couldn’t do differently. He could have learned from them! My task was minor in technicality (replacing a battery for old piece of equipment), but they had what was needed, did diagnostics on available functionality, and completed in the time frame they promised. I’m not sure if it’s hiring practices, training, or a combination but definitely a 5-Star rating!

Service was friendly and guaranteed. Any screen put on phones is covered with a 7 day refund or redue and chargers are lifetime warranty, just bring in the old one and get new one free no charge. And cases are buy one get one half off.

The staff at Tricked Out in Layton Hills mall and Newgate mall were helpful when I mistakenly called the Layton number instead of the Newgate one. They got things sorted out and the battery installed.
