General Manager Jason provided horrible service. My grandfather who was 92 passed 6/9/2025 and served our country for many years. We are from out of state cleaning out his estate and asked for my grandfathers service to be recognized (with documents) and he flat out said no. Plus he made us wait over 10 minutes to answer the phone take a call. Really lack empathy and customer service like the money was coming from his pocket. However he sure accepted my grandfathers estate money. Beware.

My boyfriend and just went to pick up a truck and then get told that we have to use a major credit card and we weren’t told that it would be nice if they specifically tells people that.

Natasha absolutely saved our moving plans when another company (Budget Truck Rentals) cancelled on us at the last minute. We walked in there with no reservation on a very busy Saturday and walked out with a perfect solution about 10 minutes later. She was so kind, understanding, and efficient. Usually renting vehicles is a hassle, but Natasha made the process so much better. 10/10 customer service.

Natasha is amazing! She was involved to ensure my truck and rental was going to be a good experience! She gave me details on specials and her availability if I needled assistance during my rental. Excellent service for our move using Ubox containers. Great communication each step of the way. Containers were delivered and picked up as scheduled. Nothing damaged during cross country move.

I waited in the 88 degree sun for a half hour trying to fill up my propane tank. I initially went inside and was told in 10 minutes someone would help me. After 30 minutes, and a different staff member paged and reminded them to come NO one came! This is very unprofessional, so I went to the Clearfield location and was helped immediately. The staff here needs to be disciplined for their awful service.

The employees were friendly and did the best they could with what they had.
The app is horrible. If you do try to use it, highly recommend standing in the long line WHILE fighting the app. If the app works, then you can skip the line. If it doesn't, then at least you're already in line.

Very good place to rent a truck from. Jeffrey is awesome! He's part owner and he's so friendly and very helpful. We've rented 3 trucks and it went smoothly. Also Damien is an AMAZING HARD WORKER!!!! :)

Horrible service. Don’t go here. You will wait in line for 2 hours and not get good service

Just having a hitch out. The manager -woman with grey and red hair and glasses - wouldn’t stop stocking packing stuff, clearly not an emergency, to help with the four people in line.
