Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the delivery person was kind and friendly. It was very convenient and super easy and they can maneuver those containers wherever is best for you. I also like that it was a local company. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with my experience with UNITS. The customer service was excellent!! Sadie and Celeste answered all my questions and kept me informed about the container delivery and pick up. The whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using UNITS for your moving needs- the prices are affordable and the convenience of having to only move once was so nice!

Loved working with Celeste and Sadie at UNITS. THEY WERE GREAT AT COMMUNICATING AND MAKING SURE EVERYONE WAS IN SYNC WITH DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS. THE CONTAINERS WERE CLEAN AND IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. WE STORED OUR HOUSEHOLD THINGS FOR TWO MONTHS WORK NO PROBLEMS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Great service from these folks. Was WAY better for my storage pod than " The National Brand"...cheaper too. Had to extend its use twice with no problems. They were great!

This is the second time that we have used UNITS storage for an in town move. Moving is stressful and a lot of work. Having a UNIT container eases the burden. We appreciated how caring everyone at UNITS is from their drivers to their front office. Also, I love that we were supporting a locally owned and operated business. We will use UNITS Storage for any and all future moves!

We had a great experience with UNITS. They were very easy to work with as we had some specific needs. We liked that they were responsive and easy to reach.
