Watch out, they will accuse you of bringing stuff back dirty but it's OK for then to give it to you dirty. What a scam. If your a contractor, this isn't the place to rent.

The equipment was good and worked as it should. Their posted hours on their building say they close at 5 pm. I was at their business at 4:50 pm to return the equipment I rented but they were locking up and left at 4:56 PM and did not allow me to return it. Now I have to drive it home and return it at 7:30 am tomorrow morning. Huge inconvenience and disappointed.

This place is awesome! I enjoy renting from them. They were half the price of uhaul, for double the time. Definitely worth it.

Very bad service, they are trying to change me for a bill the supposedly a year ago, they don't let you take tools an less you have a credit

I rented a mini excavator to move some large rocks. The equipment was in good working order and performed flawlessly. The company provided excellent customer service and the rental pricing competitive. I will highly recommend Universal for anyone's rental needs

Called about a wire locator. Was told they had one for $25 per day. I live 45 mins sways. When I showed up, they guy said they didn’t have one. Just a pipe locator for cast iron. He said “take it or leave it”.

Good on time, rented it out an hour longer than the half day rental charged me for full day rental instead.

Ive been using Randy and Josh at universal rent-all for 13 years across multiple companies and personal use and they have always been fair and quick to respond.
