The woman at the counter this morning is a useless idiot. She does not understand federal law, nor UPS policy regarding individual shipping firearms to license firearm dealers. She is either making policy up or going upon bad information that she has received from someone else.

This review is regarding the tracking app and tracking phone number. I ended up getting the run around about where and how I could pick up my package. No one could give me any straight answers and I even had 1 customer service rep give me total wrong information which caused me to waste time and gas just to find out the place was closed already. I had requested a phone number to connect me directly to the customer Center to make for certain that my package was there and no one could give me that information either.

I have been here twice today and the doors have been closed. Earlier in the day, about 11 or so, there was a blonde middle-aged lady that just looked at me through the door with no explanation as to why they weren't open during business hours. I needed to pick up a time-sensitive perishable package, and not it will be no good by the time it gets to me now. My father, who sent the package, even paid an extra fee for it to be held here so I could pick it up.

It's a gamble whether or not this site is open. It says specific hours online when they are open but the doors have been locked both times. I have no idea how to pick up my package.

I have lived at this address for over 30 years with no delivery issues but now they say there's a problem with my address and they can't deliver things to my house. When I call the number I can't talk to anybody it's all automated and it can't help me and hangs up on me.

Does anybody actually work here? Whenever I show up during your posted business hours, there's no one in the store and the doors are all locked. And please do not respond to me with your generic copy-and-pasted apology. Just tell me when you're actually open so I can pick up my package.

I work at a business around the corner from this location. The staff at the Customer Center and drivers are phenomenal. The problem I am having is like everyone else. The hours. I will drop off packages 3-5 times a week. It is really making it difficult when the Customer Center isn't open in the afternoon anymore. So this makes our packages run a day later because we have to wait until the next morning. But now, with "staffing shortages" that is becoming more difficult because this location is never open. And if I do go out of my way to go to the UPS Store in Clinton, they are not able to sign my excess liability receipt. I think I will look into FedEx which is a block over and always seems to have someone there.

Husband and I had a package that we were not able to get in the morning because we were at work. When we got off work, my husband went to go see if he could pick up the package. This office wasn’t open on the listed hours and sounds like it closed at 1:30pm. It’s very frustrating because a normal person works from 9:00am-5:00pm. How are they suppose to pick up the package then? If the place is already closed at 1:30pm? I understand shortages but I believe working from 3:30pm-6:00pm is a better option for everyone that works. The customer service number also was in no way helpful even when called multiple times. Please consider this!

Their hours are always changing, whether it's an extended lunch, a meeting, new hours in general, or something else. I haven't even been able to use this location for years because every time I try, they're closed. Online says open til 6 but the door says new hours closed at 1:15pm.

DO NOT TRUST ANY HOURS LISTED! Since 2020 this location has decided that it was going to choose its hours based on the day. I avoid coming here at all costs. Assume that it's closed. It's safer that way and you won't waste time. Also don't try to call because they don't have a direct number and the call center doesn't know anything either. Spent 30 minutes at this location door sign is different than Google which is different than their hand written sign which is different than the call centers hours. UPS used to be the best, but now.... stick with FedEx Express. Pay more but at least I talk and see REAL people during listed hours.

Been there a few times. First time was to pick up a package that couldn’t be delivered, manager reached out and resolved my issue. However, tried to go in on a Saturday when the online hours say they’re “open” only to find out they’re closed. Really need to stick to a set schedule moving forward.

The drivers for UPS in this area are super dishonest. This is the 2nd time I've had the drivers say they've attempted delivery but they clearly did not. I've been in my kitchen all day and and no one has come up my stairs. No note was left saying delivery was attempted. I chatted with corporate, who was super helpful, but they had someone from Ogden call me and she was super rude. She told me I was lying and that the delivery had been attempted when it very obviously hadn't. If I had had a choice in delivery service for this package, I would not have chosen UPS.
