Terrible service, I opened an account and it only worked for 4 days and then they blocked my account and card, asking me for a lease contract that I didn't have. Immigrants, don't even think about opening an account with this bank.

This is the place I do all my banking not only are the staff amazing and always help with eager and willful intent to satisfy, but they are all, each and every one beautiful not just physically, but mentally ❤️ I love the Latin women who work here the most

It should be noted that my review on this US Bank branch is solely based on their lack of common courtesy for their clients, not on the products or services offered.One of the tellers, who will remain nameless, decided to show up to work while her husband was home sick on Friday, Sep. 14. I found out through a line of questioning that he had been sick with COVID and she decided to come to work. WHY?!?!? Because of you, most likely, NOW I HAVE COVID! Seriously, does US Bank not provide sick time? Do you not even consider other people? You have just lost a customer. I have been down and out for a week now. Decency in the workplace is DEAD.

Marta, the business banker, is awesome. She did a good job helping me set up business accounts and explaining their functions and whatnot. She was very friendly, patient, and cordial.

US Bank on 24th st. states their policy is to shred any non-US Bank cards left in their ATM's, they will not return them to the card's owner. I learned this today as a friend was using their debit card at the ATM at U. S. Bank Branch on 24th and Washington. After leaving they were unable to find their card, and called the bank asking if it was left in the ATM. The rep said "If you are not a member of our bank we will shred your card, it's policy at corporate level. I apologize for the inconvenience." My friend went back to the bank in a panic (they use this card for everything and can't afford to wait for a replacement) and spoke to them in person. The teller's response was "I haven't looked if it was left in the ATM, and even if I find your card I won't give it to you and will shred it." My friend in expressed his concern over bills due and how buy food for his children. It made no difference, he was told to call his card company and wait for a replacement. Company policies are in place for safety/liability reasons, but to destroy an individual's access to their money is wrong. Even if you call for a replacement card, it can be 7 - 10 business days, OR up to $75 to extradite the replacement. During that time a lot can happen when bills or fines are late, for example insurance (car impounded?), court fines (warrants?), can't buy baby formula, groceries, or gasoline? And to have this happen during the holidays? Online research shows normal practice for banks is to attempt to find the owner of the card left in the ATM, shredding the card is the last option. I'm not sure if it's just this location, I have a hard time believing this is policy across the board for U. S. Bank. But please - this is just a warning to be careful if you use the ATM at this location!
