“We bought a car from Lance around Memorial Day and although he is no longer there, he was excellent to work with. The car we bought needed some repairs before purchasing, and they took care of everything. About a month with the car, it had some battery / alternator issues, and they honored the included 3 month warranty and got us a new battery and alternator. Sean was awesome at taking care of us and got our parts in a timely manner. I recommend asking for Sean if you’re in the market for a new ride, he’s the man!”

“We found a 2009 F350 diesel on the website and made plans to go look at it and test drive it. We needed a truck to tow our 5th wheel. This was our first time owning a Diesel and honestly didn't have a clue about diesel engines. Toby was awesome to work with.
The first time we towed our 5th wheel, we went to Delta to visit our son.
The truck started running poorly and the cleaning exhaust filter continuously came on, which we were concerned about.
Long story, but we ended up having to get the fuel pump replaced and the exhaust replaced.
We found Toby to be very helpful with getting us in contact with a diesel mechanic. We are happy with our truck now, after having it a little more than a year.
The customer service we received from both Toby and the Diesel mechanic were top notch.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the additional amount of work and $$$ that had to go into getting the pickup running so it wouldn't keep going into limp mode.

“**Update** Parker from service team reached out. Made things right and I feel more confident in his team. Car seems to be fixed now. Love my vehicle but jury is still out on reliability.
I've been very frustrated and dissapointed the past 5 months. Spent a fortune on a new vehicle and take very good care of it. Have bought several cars here. Current vehicle has had to have the transmission replaced within a year. Has had intermittent infotainment issues that still isnt fixed and no idea why. Brought in one time for an oil change with the infotainment screen glitching at the time. Asked if they could look at it. Was told they noticed that but they only had one tech in at the time so they couldn't look at it. Have sent video and screen shots to both Hyundai and the service center of what it's doing. Told by both they don't know what's wrong. Brought in for a recall and they broke my rear gate button and lied and said they found another part that needed to be fixed. Rather than being honest about it. Just replaced my wiper blades two days before bringing it in for recall and I'm told I need new wiper blades. Also picked up my car with dirty hand prints all over the dash where they apparently were working.
Love my car, but having to bring in a brand new vehicle to the shop regularly for big issues, and issues they apparently can't fix has me questioning both Hyundai and Young Hyundai.”
